What I mean, is Mashima has taken away every other appearance change we've had, as a result of something.

-Gray's bad-ass new look/result of the curse, and can revert back.

-Wendy's short hair/restored by Cancer.

-Natsu's long hair, and arm-bandages/Restored to normal length, and the bandages are no longer there.



It was more of a sarcastic remark, really. And as for the scar he got from Rogue, that was so long ago, that I kind of forgot he had another one, lol.

So how exactly strong is Natsu without Igneel's power, I really really hate how Hiro made him extremely strong in that time-skip, it really removes any kind of drama when he's on the screen.



In the previous arcs Natsu was strong but he still needed help from outside to beat the villains,



Eating Etherion to beat Jellal,

Needed the help from Gajeel and Laxus to waste all of his magical power to beat him,

Eating the Golden Flame from Jellal to beat Zero,

Needed everyone's help including Laxus to beat Hades,

Needed Gray's help to beat Mard Geer,



Now we're all just casually saying "Yeah Natsu will just beat the so-called Spriggan who are supposedly the strongest mages on the world, nothing new here, guys".



I mean I can understand why Hiro made that buff since Acnologia is here but still that almost makes any other bad guy completely irrelevant aside from August,Acnologia and Zeref, unless Hiro comes with a nerf since Natsu used that move and that might have caused a huge loss of magical power and thus why he suddenly passed out, that would be interesting.

The usual setup when Lucy was in danger and Natsu saving/shielding her.

Gosh, what i really want to see is Gildarts finally coming back when August shows up in the middle of Natsu vs Statham fight.

Would be dope to see Sensei and his student vs the 2 Spriggans.

Nah, I think August will be too much for even Gildarts to handle. But with a Natsu team-up, it might just be possible. As in, Jacob gets defeated before August enters the guild and then they fight him.
