anyway, I'm pretty confused about the power levels in this arc in general. It's not like fairytail has ever had a clear definition of what it means to be strong in this series but like first they say the Spriggan 12 have equal power to God Serena and that he was the strongest mage in Ishgar. Okay but they are plowing through members of the spriggan 12 like every 2 chapters so that's pretty fucking dissapointing. Like, idek...



Yeah. Ether this guy was weaker than God Serena or it doesn't make sense how Laxus was overpowering him.

God Serena fought those 4 guys and kicked there asses easily. And the supposedly weaker of those(the bold dude) lost to Laxus in the magic games seemed to have about as much power as Laxus. Laxus seemed to have barely won.

So how can Laxus alone be overpowering easily(take notice how Laxus only got hit while feeling sick) that guy when that guy is supposed to be about equal in power with a dude that kicked the ass of 4 people at his level easily?

Yo can say that he got stronger in this year but did the others not grow? Did the bold guy not grow, and what about the number 2 guy that is three position above the bold guy? Did Laxus train so hard in that year that he overcame that guy too?

And considering Laxus was suffering from illness all this time how hard exactly could he train and better himself?

Laxus using different magic, especially when it was one learnt from Freed was nice to see. The MBP Nullifier was a good way of curing his condition, but I felt the rest of the chapter was a little bit disappointing.

Would like it more if Laxus was able to eat that Etherion cannon shot and have it fuse with anti magic particles into something new. This new element would be absorbed into Laxus lacrima and power him up like what happened with Natsu. Laxus would not suffer the side effects of eating etherion and would not develop cancer like Natsu did.

10/10 chapter, I love Laxus!

I liked how Laxus got cured; it was interesting to see his opponent cure him. But where exactly did that red lightning come from and what's so special about it? Ah well, I don't think I can care too much about seemingly random power-ups in shounen so... it was a good fight.

What's gonna happen next? That title doesn't give me too many hints. Unless 'time' refers to Dimaria...

I can totally buy the runespell thing. I mean collecting tons data doesn't mean he is also capable of any and all possible predictions by default. But using thunder was a bit of a stretch despite the fact that I'm a metal gear fanboy. I liked the railgun but at the same time I didn't



It's true, well depends some will like it some won't. But I'm mainly talking about the way he beat him with the runes and all, I can clearly see people complaining about that, when infact it was thought through, if the fight was a bit longer, it would've been a bit more epic, still nice.

Everyone's doubts are making me unsure as well lol.



I think Laxus inherited (genetically) this spell from Yuri and since Wahl is immune to lightning, this must've a different property kind of how Natsu and Zancrow's flames were different. Also, don't forget Yuri was a lightning mage too.



Hoping next chapter is better though. The title hints it will either be about Marie or we see how everyone is faring.
