In any case, people are getting seriously offended over a comment I made of what a character said? Don't get me wrong, not playing the victim or anything, but that's just..I don't even know what it is.
That's cool if you thought the pun was clever and original, but I didn't think so myself. Why couldn't it just be left at that instead of making something blow up over nothing. Comments like this get made all the damn time.

No, that's not what's it about. You said something ridiculous like "worst thing ever" Are you seriously out of your mind? You find a simple clever pun to be "worst thing ever". If you didn't find it funny, that's fine, but come one, stating it's the worst thing ever is way too much.
Then you go around being even rude by saying "Are you joking?" "You can't be serious I hope you're not"
