So many revelations these past chapter, I wanted to rate it +1 merely because of the way it is working out.

Zeref and Igneel being good friends, my heart broke 😭😭

And now Brandish is about to get killed too, besides that the Grim Reaper looks awesome as hell, damn :o

Acnologia according to me. Zeref already said that acnologia can conquer the world if he wanted to. Moreover the whole reason they are invading is to obtain fairy heart so that they can defeat acnologia.



My question is if zeref wants to die why can't he just pick a fight with acnologia? In the previous chapter he said that igneel (or at least igneel's power) could kill him and if igneel can kill him acnologia should also be able to do so.



Igneel could have killed him because his power was left over to Natsu at his death. Not Igneel in general.

I doubt it since igneel should be able to use his own power better than natsu. It is his power after all and it was never stated that he cannot use all his power. Maybe zeref did not know about this since he seemed surprised that natsu could actually kill him? idk.



Zeref outright states that Igneels power can hurt him because it comes from a "dead being".

So if that's true, does that mean Gray's the only one left who can kill Zeref?

Natsu conveniently inherited the plot stupid raw power of Igneel with zero foreshadowing while there tons of foreshadowing in Gray inheriting demons slaying magic and having negative and traumatic history with demons on a level that you can not even comprehend. Key difference.

I wasn't being proud/self-entitled about it. I was just stating my previous experience with FT. For example, I could use similar arguements for the fight between Zero and Natsu.. Natsu will still be the one to beat Acno, be it as END, with teamwork or solo, one way or the other he will do it
