Great chapter, now I'm hoping to see how Mavis became Fairy Heart.

Jokes aside, Natsu won´t be the one to kill Zeref.

It´s gonna be Lucy. Lucy is the character that´s the most asociated with love.

Her love for any form of life will purify Zeref and unite him with Mavis.



Prediction: Everyone will die, but Lucy will bring them back with her power of love.. I think juvia has a shot. The only thing her character does is love gray with every ounce of her being. Her speech about in tortures lean towards her understanding  the one true magic. Mabry it will be Lucy and juvia



I couldn't agree more, I actually believe that Juvia has an equal chance at this like Lucy, since she loves Gray and the guild so much. Both of them have a family they cherish (the guild) and their loved one (Gray and Natsu) that they want to protect. I hope that Hiro won't pull a Rave Master on Juvia, I actually want my Gruvia ship intact!

I was once dropped this series but kinda glad that I continued reading Fairy Tail.

I love Fairy Tail.

Love is the strongest form of magic. I kind of agree with that. Same goes for my love towards anime, manga and Anisong. (nods...nods)

Well shit a kiss of death. Guy finally found someone who understands him, been going slowly crazy for years and last hope a ray of light died.

I am calling it, Zeref won't be the "final villain".  He's way too of a good guy or a tragic figure to be that. Whoever cursed them will be.



As for Fairy Heart/Mavis - while WE know it is a weapon, it does not necessarily mean that Zeref wants it BECAUSE it is a weapon.



Also interesting that Zeref was making the country way before the whole fairy heart business, so the question is - why? War against what? He does seem the kind of the character who would decide to make some kind of "rebellion against gods" scenario. And it would fit the cyclical nature of the story too

Not to mention Zeref genuinely loved the world so his curse was stronger, while Mavis world was quite limited and she only relatively recently realized the "worth" of human life.

Well...this was the shortest romance relationship I have read in a manga till now... Poor Zeref. He has so f*cked up life. But seriously, this god is an asshole.
