Edit: A team has had 2 arcs now to showcase their new abilities and weve only recently got a glimpse of laxus and co so again b team coming to bail them out would be the perfect if not ideal fairy tail entrance for them

Getting a ship is not the problem. Getting to the empire UNNOTICED is.



Nope. They manage to escape Azir but they end up followed by the Alvarez invasion back to Ishgar. They make it to the guild and then when the army comes then Team B shows up.



Makes much more sense than having them show up in this battle

Again with that thing? In different cultures gods are depicted differently, that thing wasn't freaking Zeus. It was more of a summoned monster. Let's compare Lucy's CSK to this, by the looks of it, you needed to sacrifice something in order to summon it, Lucy breaking her key, and the dude burning his face & sacrificing those people there (that kinda failed tho). But the difference between is that, that thing was just huge, that's it, it was huge, nothing more. Look at the CSK it could talk & use magic, and both are summoned in similar fashion. Minerva used a similar magic in the GMG where one of the battle appears briefly and disappears.



Answer just one question, we can gladly continue this conversation.

How is the story of a manga told?



A: Only with text?



B: With text and pictures?

I can't see why Gemini or Gemini star dress can't mimic Mest's powers and transport them to the drop off site and then Mest taking them to Angel's boat except that would kill the first battle Hiro has planned for us. So to me this battle is already becoming illogical without them even fighting.



Sidenote: B team will reach the empire when team A has left and they will get captured leading to team A to rescue them :P Tollshima strikes again.

Now FT will definitely END at chapter 777 lol. Now Mashima can do something good if he doesn't rush it, he can make a... let's say 40-50 chapters arc about the past Dragon Civil War, that would be a great content for the manga, to see how Acnologia became the king, Zeref could be involved, E.N.D aswell (possibly), it would be a long ass flashback, but a good needed one.

You can't use Avatar arc as an example of nakama power either, since it was just to show off how strong Team Natsu had become after the timeskip and didn't involve anyone getting their ass kicked and then proceeding to one shot someone.



Right now it's clear all the members of Team Natsu (Team A) are stronger and have reserves of power they haven't had to dip into yet, but of course as soon as they do and manage to win a single fight in this arc, people will call out "NAKAMA POWER" like the idiots they are.



Not really as Nakama power, because Nakama power is only necessary vs OP enemies.

The beef everyone has with this Arc is the god oneshote .

This panel is such a betrayel for manga and the arts, everything about it is wrong a deliberate missguide. If this was Jojo´s it would have written "MENACING" all over. This panel had the sole purpose of missguiding the audience in thinking that thing is "something" just to oneshot it.







This has nothing to do with Nakama power ups, people are just retarded and can´t phrase themselves, it´s just terrible writing, it´s the purposeful betrayel of expectations.

Poor Makarov. Lucy and Gray were awesome.



Also Rip Brandish. That hair color is awful.

A heavily military orientated empire and they don't notice a fucking airship in their airspace. This is the second hobbit movie levels of bad when the orks ran around on laketowns rooftops and not a single alarm went off.



Uggh this is so sloppy and convenient and lazy. If Mashima wanted Laxus and the Thunder god tribe to show up he should have had them in hiding in Alvarez instead of wasting time with Blue Pegasus.
