im sure they are going to be defeated by nakama power!

I called it in the spoiler for this chapter that Marin would be the one to subdue Lucy and Erza, not the soldiers.



Personally, I don't think either Brandish or Natsu/Gray will win. I'm expecting more of a tie. However, if there is a victor, it will be Brandish because the next chapter sounds like it has something to do with her magic and it doesn't sound too hopeful... lol.



Also, Juvia thinks just about any person that's near Gray and not fighting him is a love rival, so... xD



For those of you saying that Natsu should be able to one shot anything because he needs to be able to beat Acnologia, you are being ignorant of the fact that we have no idea how far into the future that fight is, and Natsu has yet to showcase curses. Sure, he's stronger, but he still has room to grow.



For those of you saying that Natsu will always win because of "nakama bs", are you forgetting that Natsu's power grows with his emotions?



Now, where's Wendy? Oh, right. If I had to guess, if Natsu loses, she's gonna appear and save the day with the informant. :3 lol

There is a difference between thousands of average mages with no advantage or whatsoever and a mage who's actively negating a special type of magic (in that case: the Space Magic used by Erza and Lucy) while being able to manipulate a specific area.

Gray and Natsu might be strong, but they can't do as much as they want to as long as they aren't able to use their magic properly (like actually hit your opponent)

Even if Natsu was able to oneshot a God, he needs his magic to do so.

I don't think it's an "upgraded version" of Territory. Both magics might be based around manipulation of space, but they seem very different.

Minerva's able to manipulate anything in her line of sight while Marin seems to be able to control a whole area (my mind's comparing this with "Room" used by Trafalgar Law in One Piece). In addition Minerva used an acient language to cast her magic. I can't explain it well... it's just a feeling.



Still... I have a bad feeling about this. Mashima tends to be great at building up tension just to ruin it at the peek (yeah... I'm looking at you, Grand Magic Games Arc..). I mean, this is one of the Sprigan 12. We just learned about them being as strong  as the 4 Gods of Ishgar.



And I have a feeling that we are going to see the informant next chapter. Call it female intuition.

Nice chapter, this Brandish person seems pretty powerful, let see if she can deliver.

I  wonder who the hell is the informant .. old character or the new one



That law of space magic was annoying . Could do some sort of teleportation and banning spacial magic.

Well,I didn't know that,but something told me she was the weakest. There is no point in having the stronger ones face fairy tail now. That Serena is probably number 1 or 2.



For me the logic that "Natsu has to beat those opponents or else he is no match for Acnologia" doesn't mean shit,because most of Natsu's powers are sealed in that book. His last power up will probably  be recovering them.



Well,shit will get real,specially since the chapter will have almost double the pages. There are three outcomes.



Either Natsu,Gray,Wendy and Mest manage to get away...which is rather impossible since they are trapped on that island and if Mest attempts to warp them away that Hollow guy will simply negate it....Wouldn't even be surprised if the next chapter begins with Brandish destroying their ship.



or they beat Brandish,which I also think is complicated...



or Brandish lets them live,which is also an issue. Maybe she will simply capture them if she beats them?



Plus,even if they do get away,that Hollow guy can simply warp after them. They need to beat him to rescue Lucy and Erza,so running away isn't exactly an option. So,I suppose their only choice is to beat Brandish and Hollow. This is gonna be good...



Still,there aren't only those twelve guys...each of them has a squad with somewhat strong mages. Hopefully this doesn't drag too long.
