When the marks appeared on his body it was as if Gray was expecting it to happen. That's when he started going out alone but still returned. Now what would be the point of returning to Juvia after his secret trips if demons see humans as less than animals? Come on put 2 and 2 together. Its obvious Gray didn't want to put Juvia in danger. And this isn't an excuse because it was never implied before that the demon powers of Gray would take over his body. It never happened in finale of Tartarus arc even when he was in extreme conditions so there's no point for it to happen now.



Expecting it. He looked plenty surprised to me. Again the transformation would not be instantanenous. Heck he might have even been blacking out whenever he left Juvia until he no longer woke up.



And again EXPLAIN why the demon mark is spread over his body much more than Silver who has had that power for years. He's lost himself to the power. End of story.

I do have friends that like Fairy Tail and none of them worship him the likes of which can be seen in this thread. AT the most they are neutral and a couple of them even share my hatred of him.



I hate Gray because his popularity is solely for superficial reasons. He's fangirl bait. Always stripper, bit of an asshole streak that supposedly hides the oh so tender insides that just want to be loooooved. People say he's developed yet he's barely changed at all since introduced unless you count him not smoking anymore like in the first chapter we saw him, a development. OMG GRAY IS SO HOT! OMG GRAY-SAMA CAN DO NO WRONG! It is MADDENING and then when you call those people out on their bullshit they make up excuses or fanfics while ignoring evidence from the manga itself.



Let me ask all of you Gray zealots one thing. Why don't you want Gray to be possessed by his power? I'm not so naive as to think Mashima would kill him off for being evil so we both know that if he has turned to the dark side it's only temporary. So why do you have a problem with him being genuinely controled by a power he should not have gotten? Is it because it besmirches that perfect hottie image of your precious Gray that you carry in your mind? Is that it? Can't suffer a single blemish lest the spell falls apart.

Dude calm down. We're stating it based on the evidence that has been provided so far not on delusions such as yours. It was never mentioned or even implied that the demon powers given by Silver could take over Gray.

loving the gray x juvia moments but I can't believe gray turned dark... I hope natsu finds him and changes him back the way he was. And I still cant believe that gray and juvia lived together. when juvia said "we slept together", Wendy's reaction was hilarious LOL XD. Can't wait for the next update !! :DD

You're setting yourself up for nothing but disappointment. Natsu is meant to kill Acnologia and Zeref. Gray is not even a blip on the radar compared to those guys. People that Natsu left to train to defeat to begin with.



And if Gray really has gone dark side, Natsu will crush Gray to bring him back. Or leave him beat up enough for Juvia to work her one true magic on him. Gray will always be second fiddle in this series. Well it cant be natsu to beat him if he is the END demon. Its gonna be a good fight.  Acnologia will probably be killed my zeref at the last minute to rob Natsu of the victory.



What? Of course it can be. And pretty sure that if Acnologia could be killed by Zeref, Zeref would have already done it given he's in the way. You're up for disappointment either way.

Never heard him say he wants to kill Zeref (I might be wrong lol), he had his grudge with Deliora, yes Zeref created Deliora, but it's not like Zeref send Deliora there to wreck everyone. Since we saw bits of Zeref's character and how he really thinks, you can say he's not a bad guy, he has bad luck, he's a walking curse.
