An underwear model? Shouldn't Lucy have more pride and dignity than to sink as so low as to do something like that.....
And Natsu returns. Surprise surprise.
For all the comments about Lucy's model job :
She stopped this job, thus she has her dignity and then anyway if we resume ALL chapters of the manga, it's not the first time that Lucy is seen naked, in underwear (a little rarer) or in swimsuit in public or in front of the guild.
We all know since the start that Mashima made Lucy as a fan-service character, it isn't new...
And it's also not the first time that Lucy is a model, she has already pose for the Sorcerer magazine and Mirajane as well (as others madoshi girls).
Maybe that she would have been more motivated if Natsu was still there and posed with her or if it was him the photographer ^^"
And then to think in this way it's a little bit offensive for people who is working in this domain, for example the models for magazine of lingerie or even the candidates for a competition of Miss, we can not think of them as perverts every time or say that it's humiliating to do that...

in brief she made quite a lot of progress, she was always the smart and cultivated of the group but here she masters it much more.

In the previous arc sure he beat up almost all enemies but only with crazy stunts from nakama power.
Such as rocking smashing or the 5 sec dragon force glitch.. there wasn't a definite power up like the rest.
Whether it was Gray, Gajeel, Lucy or Wendy etc.. theirs were much more developed. Not to mention the love in the air.
I hope Hiro would grace us NaLu or NaLi fans.. Gruvia or Gavi are already set in stone ready for marriage HAHAHAHA.
It's kinda sad for the protagonists to be left neglected. Anyway Natsu sure looks like a monster now woots~
Lucy grew her hair longer and has a one sided ponytail now huh ? Still look just as beautiful.
But I prefer the heart earrings than the stars one now though. Not like that matters much.
I hope we'll see some Natsu x Lucy x Happy adventure just like the good old times. Miss those.
By the way don't you feel Natsu looks way more HOT than Lucy in this chapter ? keke. XD

Lucy is the main protagonist so we are seeing stuff through her eyes. It would not make sense to show what Natsu is doing since this is NOT an ensemble story. Its the story Lucy is writing, so she would not know how Natsu trained.
Yeah, because being a model(something that Lucy wanted to be already ever since the start of the story) is same as being a whore. Nice misogyny, there, bro.
Also I find it hilarious that someone with one piece(very well known for misogyny in the story) avatar is commenting on "disgusting treatment of women".
People just mad cause there was no freaking reason to melt Lucy cloths to show her boobs and other fanservice panels. Quality of fanservice was poor :P
Lucy taking notes on GMG fight with her massive boobs as centre of panel just like that red haired girl on giants island or Erza torture scene.
Just cause Lucy has big boobs and ass doesn't mean She has to perform fan service in every freaking chapter.
I do hope Lucy got stronger. Do not want to see her ever again in state she was in GMG.

Ok so chapter was good, but the melting crap killed it for me. If the heat is so intense it melts clothes, it should melt human tissue as well. And if it's so intense it melts the freaking stadium, even human bones should melt. This is retarded. This is one of the chapters that again reminded me why I love and HATE Fairy Tail, all at the same time.
I would say magic resistance, if the ability to resist magic didn't exist in their world everyone would have been dead a long time ago. If you look at it that way it makes sense. As far as the clothes melting, the only way I can see that as being possible is if the clothes themselves were made of or had a significant amount of material that could be melted, probably some form of lacrima that makes the clothes more resistant to incoming magic, which makes sense, especially at such an event where there is a lot of magic users fighting each other. I would also assume that the heat isn't killing anyone because Natsu doesn't want it to, I look at it as him showing off to his opponents and goading them into fighting him.
