Fairy Tail Chapter 412 Discussion

Well, this was a neat chapter. Oh, and I feel like Ishgar is probably the name of the continent or something along the lines of that. Now, the disappointing part is that now, E.N.D will probably be the one that will be burned by the ever-so-predictable asspull known as Lumen Histoire. And I'm calling it an asspull even though we don't know what it is because... Come on, guys. It's a super-duper ultra (SECRET) weapon of Fairy Tails' that we've been told can do pretty much anything. You can sugar-coat it all you like, but that's an asspull. Also, it's Mavis in a crystal. If anyone is going to do a Nakama power-up that dwarfs all others before it, she's the one to do that.

Oh, and I didn't feel like Sting and Rogue killing their dragons in the first  place was very believable. So. Not much of a shock there. And the chance that Acnologia is down for good is pretty much non-existent.  

...Ok, also I feel like I have to say this: The guild's power constantly revolves around camaraderie and mutual trust, right? So why, then, is it that all of it's discord ever comes up during times when it doesn't even matter? If "the power of feelings" and "nakama" and all that crap is so freaking important, why is it that Gray and Natsu almost starting a fight (I think they probably would have if not for the distractions, too) has 0 negative consequences? Ugh.

There are a lot of hints pointing to that conclusion and one was even given today by the fact that Igneel was the ONLY dragon nesting inside his Slayer

It's so fun how it seems that almost every event in the series makes the Twin Dragons competence even more questionable don't you think? It's like Mashima does it just to mock them.



Acnologia's fall was probably because of face draining his magic but I thought he would resist it a bit more. And looks like he is bleeding. I too doubt Igneel has enough power to take him down at full power because you know ""Dragon king".



Also, no Lumen Histoire? I think Mashima is holding it for so long because he wants it to match with some event in FT0. Too bad, I really want it to activate now.



And well don't know if you remember but the dragon's destroying face won't help much as even when it's destroyed it still works as we saw with Wendy right? So what's the point of all of this?



Uh no the wendy thing was like that because we thought there was only ONE Face. Not thousands or a control center in Tartaros. Smashing Faces does work.

It's not gone...for the last time it's just deactivated for now. Look back at chapter 398 specifically. Gray turns the power on and off whenever he needs to.



Why deactivate it when he's about to destroy END? Makes no sense. And once again TATTOO POWERS ARE NEVER PERMANENT in Fairy Tail. This has been the precedent thus far.



A much as I want that to be true, Lucy still had the tattoos and obviously will still have that power.



Sadly Gray's asspull will stay.



On bright side, Gray will be fodderized by End so rejoice.

Igneel at the very least is gonna die in this arc,probably by E.N.D's hands.if he is Natsu,then that would also tie in with the dragon slayers killing their dragon parents.Well,they were barely reunited and will soon have to either kill them or watch them being killed...
