No it's not strong. It's convenient and situational. Gray was never about destructive power. That's what you don't get. You want to see Ice powers used destructively? Go read Akame Ga Kill and look as Esdese/Esdeath. THat is how you use Ice powers destructively.

Its not about destructive power iam talking, i know gray is not that kind of guy like Natsu, Gajeel, Laxus etc. but you dont need to have a destructive power to win matches wtf?! Its true Slayer mages are the strongest i know that, but saying gray is weak/medium is BS! Gray as equal power as Natsu without Dragon Force ( That power is OP xD)
Maybe puting is father into to this is quiet a mess but we need to see where this is going right? Gray power is to create and can pierce anything he doesnt have a descrutive power but he has a fierce attack and defense!
PS: Gray is not my fav character, that title goes for Laxus because is a completly badass :D)

deliora was 2 mission of fairy tail and it is not a sub plotline....
gray won with a badass move against human form.... maybe he would lose vs the true form of deliora but he couldnt suck ice mage anymore....
maybe he is indeed deliora but the human form as some conscious of gray is father....
Not really. I hate the deliora gray's dad plotline. It would have made so much more sense for it to be Ultear's dad with an actual genuine grudge on Gray. Instead we get this boring and cheap development. Oh I am Deliora. PSYKE. I'm actually your dad and I was never gonna really kill you. Just look at how scared I was when you were about to sacrifice yourself. wouldnt that be the same? ultear dad would realize that gray is good boy protecting Ur and Ul names and then he would lose in human form as well ....
boring? we are seeing one of the best fights,emotional etc. in FT....admit it you hate gray.
