Ok, it's aoe alright, but the contents still make for an intented trolling momment.

Oh look, another deus ex machina. Who couldn't see that coming? I know Fairy Tail isn't known for having superb writing but come on people, have some standards here. This is far from what could be considered the best chapter of this arc.

While I overall enjoyed the chapter, it contained another instance of just lazy writing that frustrates me so much about Mashima, especially in fights. Midnight seemingly forgot that he has the ability to reflect all attacks. I understand that last attack was on anther level and I'm fine with Midnight being incapacitated by it, but it could've been done in such a way where it didn't seem like he was defeated because he forgot his own powers. Maybe something like him reflecting grand chariot while the rest of Oracion Seis got knocked out, then having an "oh shit that's way to powerful to reflect moment" for that last attack would've been much better.

That was awesome. Jellal showed Oracion Seis who is boss there. Poor Elfman ;.; somehow though, I had a feeling Jellal wouldn't lose in the first place. Erza's going to be proud.

Why didn't Midnight use his reflector magic? and wow the chairman's an idiot! Still Jellal was really badass and I love the whole oracion seis joining Jellal's guild in order to take down Zeref. Things have never looked so bad for Fairy Tail! 4/5
