Fairy Tail Chapter 369 Discussion

First half of this chapter was incredible. Everyone foresaw the illussion but to crush his own eyes? Combined with the him showing off his ultimate spell, Jellal is legitemately badass once again (hopefully Hiro wont negate that by bringing his eyes back or sth).



With that said however the whole deal with the key transfer was utter bullshit. The way the chairman behaved last chapter was yet another infamous troll momment, his abilities are utter bullshit and make you wonder why the hell didn;t they do that in the first place with the rest of the council and instead made their presence known to the world, the fact that he transfered it to him was incredibly stupid just to add another kill in Tartaros records, not to mention that it took away a lot of focus from Jellal being in the centre of this  arc's plot...eh, whatever, at least now that face is activated shit will go down.



And jus like other folks said before me, yeah Cana is gonna stop Elfman, I have no particular anticipation as to how that will be handled.(everyone will just hug him, forgive him and go after Tartaros' hideout)

Wow...good chapter. I guess, many of you knew Jellal won't die. However, now the seal is released and it's time for the counterattack of FT.

I gotta ask, on who exactly did Midnight place the illussion on? Gerard? If so then why is it an illussion of Gerard dying? And if it's not Gerard then why did Gerard blind himself? And if it's not Gerard who is his target of illussion then who is? His allies?...Or us? Hiro's trolling momments get dumber by the second.

If Jellal really lost his eye(s), hopefully he can be cured by Porlyusica.

Remember Erza has an artificial right eye made by Porlyusica too? which replaced the one she lost as a child.



I guess Erza and Jellal are meant to be together :D

Love this chapter... Jellal is amazing!

Crawford got what he deserved... back-stabbed - literally.

so jellal was only fighting illusions from midnight the whole time? or is he fighting the real ones then midnight use the illusion on him.



even if its predictable i still love it. truly shows that he is a powerhouse in this manga (annihilated oracion seis with 2 spells alone!!) and that sema!!! we've finally seen it, truly one of the strongest spells so far (in the tier of FL)



4/5 i would've given it 5/5 but its just predictable but its still great.

I didn't like the chapter for the mere reason that it was a pretty damn predictable recurring events. Jellawl wasn't close to dying, and all of that suspense thrown down the gutter. Watch how his freaking eyes magically heal upon itself because of PLOT.  



Jellawl can never be badass, a crying emo whimp at best :>
