That's my line. Or did you forget the fact that Zirconius got his title of jade dragon FROM the princess. So all of that happened. There is no paradox.

Present= Pr.
Future=F.
Let start from the beginning: Dragons come from the P. and Pr.natsu destroy the gate and send everyone back.
The dragons they send back to their Pr, (main's story P.) and now is there.
That means that Pr.Atlas is not the same one that Pr.natsu fight along.
That means the Pr. Atlas in his P. travel to the F. and meat other F. natsu who was exactly like this natsu, and that the situation end up like the situation with Pr. Natsu (with his P. Atlas).
So all that means the history repeat herself and nothing really change so they don't live in a multi cosmic lines universe but in a single cosmic line witch everything is meant to be in some way and no one can change it.
That where all the paradox began, you can't travel to time if you live in a single cosmic line universe without end up with paradox.
For re example why and how in the F., F. Natsu didn't do the same thing and destroy the gate? Someone can state that is that way the time have many lines and everytime you do something there another line created who a other you do something else.
But in this chapter they show us that a P.Natsu had done the same thing like Pr.Natsu did, and thats why this P.Atlas recognize him. Why F.Natsu haven't done the same thing with his F.Rough as P.Natsu do with his F.Rough then? Also F.Gate are linked with P.Gate so if you destroy the P.gate the F.gate destroyed also, this is clearly 1 cosmic line world BUT P.natsu do different things like F. had done means multi cosmic line world... wtf mashima decide what you want.
Destroy the gate undo death of a traveler(witch theoretically means only one cosmic line but if you think about it is a paradox) but the memories of the travelers and everything they did remains(witch means multi cosmic lines)
So yeah! There is not a paradox as you say, there is many paradoxes.
