Looking forward for Gray's fight and finding out who is this voice finally. Yeah, yeah I still hope for some Gray's character development in this arc

Kid Grey actually seemed like a cocky brat to me.

Everyone has their own preferences about what characters they like or don't like. I for one don't like Jellal post memory wipe but that is a minority opinion since he is a popular character.  Its not something that's worth arguing over.



As for if Minerva will join or not and if she is too evil or whatever....well some FT members have some dark pasts (anyone remember laxus trying to kill everyone?) Or the previously mentioned gajeel. But I don't think they have developed her background enough for her to be in that position to make the leap. Usually they have some set up that people can sympathize with before they do and Minerva doesn't have that ATM.
