Mashima-sensei, you did it again. I lost my faith in you when you did the 7 year time skip but I still continued to read your series, and now this? :(  It's like I'm reading a crappy fanfiction. A total disappointment.

why am i still reading this? T-T

What a shitty chapter,as expected of an author that can't kill off characters. This was so bad and predictable that it's actually kind of sad.

I knew that Ultear was going to do something, just from the way Mashiro-san set up that previous chapter. It doesn't make much sense to kill off Gray. -__-

But, I don't think she should have died. She's been such a tragic character from the beginning, just like Jellal. I wish she could have had a better way to redeem herself. T__T

RIP ULTEAR.

I wonder why it was just a minute though? I mean, apparently it was enough to push everything forward for the humans...but I would imagine that there would have been a greater value on Ultear's life.

Really...

They kill off one of the only girls I've fapped to consecutively throughout every chapter she appeared.

Reallly?

Well, atleast she saved Macao, really like that guy.

Did I miss something? How come the enemies didn't benefit from this 1 minute time lapse too?Plot holes. Plot holes everywhere.

It's only a plothole if you don't take the step to reach the obvious conclusion. Does everything have to be spelled out for you?

I can think of at least a few reasons why Ultear's spell wouldn't benefit the 'bad' guys. I can think of those myself, so I don't need an explanation in the middle of it happening.

I can also come up with ways in which it could benefit the bad guys, but the knowledge that it didn't, it wouldn't make sense, and it simply wasn't what the way the author wrote it as, is enough for me to accept it for what it was
