Seriously, only one minute? It is barely enough for Ultear to cast that spell. Now we should expect for the characters to defeat the dragons in what, 20 seconds? They aren't Super Saiyans, you know.

Hmm seems a bit unfair she died just like that, without anyone even knowing, yet anyway.. Is 1 minute really able to do all that anyway? What are the odds all the life changing things happened over that minute? Also if it was all of time that changed, surely the dragons experienced it too? Then the advantage of seeing their movements to start a counter-attack is a bit odd.

Well, there goes my favourite female in Fairy Tail since day 1 (heart broken).  I guess I could advertise the club I made over a year ago now.

Nice episode, we all knew Ultear was going to trade her life to turn back time, but I was impressed by the writing - turned what I thought would be a cliche into a rather poignant issue.



The pathos of Ultear dying in despair thinking that her life was only worth a minute, without knowing how essential a single minute can actually be.  Nice juxtaposition there, excellent writing.



Of course Ultear is probably not "dead" dead, redemption generally has its rewards.



Forgetfullness, your name is very appropriate.  That Ultear could change time has been known for over 300 issues and that it was "ancient magic" for nearly as long.  How much foreshadowing do you need?  Or is it possible you just don't understand what an "asspuhl" is?

Predictable, kind of, still liked this chapter. Now we're going to get some good Dragon slayers' fights. At least I hope so. It's sad that she died not knowing about how many people her sacrifice saved.

Also, to readers who say it's lame that Hiro didn't kill Gray, that there should be someone dying, come on, shonens like Fairy Tail aren't this kind of mangas where you get such serious stuff, they're meant to tell about friendship power and that even these impossibru things can somehow be obtained if you put enough effort. Btw, Ultear is dead, you've got your so long expected (or wanted maybe?) death and there's still complaining beacuse of the way she died. Some people just expect too much from FT.
