No actually it was realistic. You think soldiers in a war die with epic build up and taking a dozen of enemies down with them? No. They get shot and die like dogs.

Ah god it's a cliffhanger, as no matter how many holes Gray got he isn't is going to die that easily as FT isn't that kind of manga. I hope Ultear doesn't have to sacrifice or get herself killed as she isn't as important as the main chars and is perhaps expendable.

they should sacrifice freaking natsu since ultear is a way better written and developed character even in this short time.
