I like the chapter for it's couples and all, Jerza and Gruvia. BUT.....

But I believe Gray will manage to live...

Ultear changed her mind about Rouge ,she can change ,but then she was intended to still kill him( back to her old ways).

What she said to Milliana was a shock ,she actually said it.

I just wonder what will Ultear do?!?

This is FT we're talking about, Grey will not die.

Whatever saves him, I doubt it will kill anyone, Ultear included.



However, it would be so cool if he actually died. I can imagine Juvia going on a rampage if that happens :D

Inb4 Ultear pulls "Lady Chiyo" from Naruto and brings back Gray on some life sacrifice shit.



Tho I'll be really disappointed in Mashima is he kills the hottest chick in FT.

Meredy also did some first aid to heal Natsu after he lost to F. Rogue, so if Ultear doesn't immediately come over to give her life for him, I think someone'll at least try patching him up enough to let him get some last words out to have closure with Juvia and all if he's actually going to stay dead.



As it is now, there's no way he's dead without at least having some last words to make his death more impactful. So expect to see him still breathing at the beginning of the next chapter



He took a shot to the head. As in smack through the middle of the brain. He's dead. For now the tricky part is

we didn't not see him being shot

just shadow

and it wasn't beam

all shots were stight beams

the headshot wasnot

perhaps it was not direct hit



Look at the way his head was thrown back. Something went through it. We just saw the faint after markings

Headshot = death. get over it.

He is dead for now. Ultear may use time to save him but at this moment yes he is dead. FFS there's Blood spurting from the back of his head! Denial is not a pretty thing.

by self sacrifice, a life for a life ... probablyI know that much but shouldn't it be like her magic can't manipulate things that much? Nah, nvm, just forgot for a sec it's FT we are talking about...everything is possible.

I doubt Gray die, something seems quite off. And Ul's dialogues are also something to be noted.



Not only that, the death seems kinda rushed to me, making me think the death actually did not happen. They may be able to pull some shit like 'he died but we will go back in time and stop it again'

My guess is, that was either a ice clone (like someone said above), or Ultear will bring him back using her magic

admit it, this chapter was better than recently  overpowered naruto shit!
