As a guy who thinks Fairy Tail is mediocre I agree this weeks chapter is much better than Naruto. Killing off Gray, if Hiro does this I might actually enjoy Fairy Tail. If is a big because we know how their is such a lack of death in this manga.

perhaps gray doesn't die -_- .

Meredy also did some first aid to heal Natsu after he lost to F. Rogue, so if Ultear doesn't immediately come over to give her life for him, I think someone'll at least try patching him up enough to let him get some last words out to have closure with Juvia and all if he's actually going to stay dead.



As it is now, there's no way he's dead without at least having some last words to make his death more impactful. So expect to see him still breathing at the beginning of the next chapter



He took a shot to the head. As in smack through the middle of the brain. He's dead. For now the tricky part is

we didn't not see him being shot

just shadow

I was like hey Ul dont ive up on life and then suddenly Gray was likely killed...



I hope Ultear wont SACRIFICE her life to save Gray just to atone her SINS but instead use her power to make Gray survuive...

OMG!!! NOOOOO!!! They can't kill Gray!!! He's like one of the main characters!!! Juvia avenge him!!!

Haven't been to the forum for a while, been studying, and now I've got back into FT again, it's gotten interesting. It's still difficult to know who is going to die next. I'm pretty sure Gray's dead but...


I don't know if Mashima is going with similar themes with his previous work, Rave Master; Musica who is pretty much Gray's counterpart dies but comes back alive. I'm not sure what's going to happen to Ultear, it could be misleading and any of the Crime Sorciere group could die. I mean Jellal still feels responsible for things and he won't let Ultear die. But either way after this part is done, Crime Sorciere will probably be no more.

but I agree with Darklight0303 that Ultear is certainly tying up loose ends, it seems she will either die or go on a trip and we won't see her again. But now Ultear reminds me of Reina a bit from Rave master.
