Kagura is a fool. Because of her narrow field of vision due to wrath and her own grudge she's going to lose for sure. She's like a bull now. Erza was right to cooly comment how Minerva fooled her =_=

Yes I can confirm that this is true, others than this are probably just make up and rumors to worry those sensitive fans, like Erza/Natsu/Jellal/Makarov/Gildartz die etc etc.



For the "Farewell Jellal" part, keep in mind that this note is released before Jellal leaving FT team B, and thus it could be a mistranslation that sound like he's going die here. And of course, keep in mind that Mashima can change and go a completely different route, like Laxus vs Jura used to happen on day 1, and the result is draw

Still, since Kagura was presented and the council is there I think that only means that Jellal is going back to prison. I find odd that Meldy and Ultear will fight in the tournament without their identities revealed (and for what reason?), so if Jellal doesnt die by Kagura´s hands, he is probably back to prison caught by the council...or runs away. I reallyyyyyyyy  dont want him to die but then...look what Mashima did at his "clone" in Rave.

Also according to the fandom (dunno if its true) it seems that Mashima also published a quote like "I feel sorry for the fans of....". Which means, although he didnt name the character, it is most likely  
Jellal.

I don't think Minerva is cheating. There are no rules of keeping contestants as hostages. As Rufus has said in chapter 269 "Your comrades can also become your weaknesses. Taking hostages, targets to threaten, interrogating for information... there's countless ways your enemy can use them to create an advantageous situation. You should remember that."

Rules are simple, I think. Beat your opponents in any way you want via your own magic/traps in the city without outside help. And a fight starts when you meet your enemy.

I agree. I hope Mashima doesn't disappoint with the fights. ^_^

Laxus Vs Orga?

That's not a match. That's a roflstomp. Poor kid is going to be eating dirt sooner than later.

finally laxus is gonna fight the god slayer,-thats definetly the best match right now. seriously erza and kagura are gonna fight thats all part of minervas stratedgy two birds with one stone, maybe in next few chapters they're gonna realize working togather is better after understanding each other

So the stories will be unveiled, Kagura's and Rogue's, I also wonder if Orga has a story to tell. So far we have/had a Fire Godslayer, a Wind Godslayer, and now a Lightning Godslayer. I was wondering how Kagura's story would be resolved in that three way fight. Now that Minerva has temporarily left, Mashima has left it Kagura vs Erza to resolve this. In conclusion almost all predictions are going to plan.

I can't stand Minerva anymore.
