Deus Ex Machina of Lector "saved"(I can see either dead or alive)
It ain't DX simply cuz it was a factor we were aware of from before the incident.

and the introduction of another "unstoppable" group that in the past has been undefeated. Yeah until now >.> There has been Oracion Seis(twice if we're counting the anime), Grimoire, Sabertooth, and now these asshats. C'mon Hiro, you can be more creative can't you?
Well, most of them have been hyped by themselves, though you are mostly correct, but no reason to assume it's the same with the new ones. These new ones haven't been stated to be "da best", only the strongest executors of the kingdom, so no reason to "anti-hype" yourself like that. Sit back and enjoy ;)

As for the characterization of Sting, I'm just a little irked of how he's a little pissy teen who overestimated his own skills and was stupidly cocky just to get owned and now with the power of"feelings" he's leveled up. Wish he was written better. There are ways to make unlikable characters not irritating.
Which unfortunately is not a quality of FT's villains. Unfortunately the power of feelings is a definitive factor of this manga, but it's a good thing that this time it's not limited to just FT but it expanded to ST as well.

This arc is probably gonna have another structure similar to Tenro Island with Fairy Tail supposedly coming out with everyone intact just in time for the Dragon Festival to rape everyone in the face as we've been foreshadowed.
Most propably, but hopefully this time it will help take the story to the next stage.
Yeah sorry if I came off as overly negative, I was just really disappointed with the developments this chapter but still like the manga overall.
In relation to the first point about Lecter, unless I missed something really? Mind telling me where we told of that earlier? This is an honest question but reading it as I'm typing I know can come off differently X D
