Did Sabertooth's master seriously just blow up a cat? Wow....I'll admit that Tower Of Heaven is still my favorite Fairy Tail story arc, but I'm not going to lie when I say this arc is probably one of the darkest in Fairy Tail.

Lucy has the Fairy Tail emblem on her right hand, right?

This is definitely Lucy.

I think Minerva saved Lector because of her wierd abilites (how she teleported or w/e happy from nowhere into her arms) and her aim was just to provoke sting into taking action against that weakling of a Master (to me it was pretty obvious that he's all talk, I mean the difference in that guild were the 5 strongest members, popularity and strength- if the master was stronger from all of them how come they were a good for nothing guild before the timeskip?)

As to why, most of you already stated she has some plans and she's planning to take over. I guess with this I can really imagine her on the same level with Erza. Although Erza will beat the crap outta her, ofc.

Next, I'm also in favour of that girl being Lucy, I won't repeat what others said why though.

Third, I personally think Polyuska isn't Grandine, because well Grandine can easilly communicate through minds and who says other dragons can't? (reffering to Igneel) I mean, considering the fact that the dragons are from the start of the series the "big bosses" around it would be pretty wierd for them to not have a way to stay in tune.

As to why I think it's wrong to assume Igneel finds everything through Grandine is that when Grandine comes to him (in that world where they live in) he tells her to go away and asks her why she's here. So, no. I think the all-knowing thing would be more fitting if it has something to do with Natsu's scarf or it was imbued in the dragon slayer techniques. It's possible that the dragon that thought a person the techniques can see everything the person goes through, in my opinion.

Finally, what I'm most interested is WHAT will Jellal and CS in all do now that they know the situation better than others.

cat's death was true mashima-style killing. Reminds me of the deaths he already did in his previous work. Fast, brutal, merciless.

Makes me partially fearful that the guy will snap again and start killing people in his manga, as it certainly has became darker and more intense since the timeskip.

That's it? For Jellal and mysterious person's meeting, I mean. Gah!

Mashima kills his characters once in a blue moon. He kills another one after ages... BUT  WHY A CAT? WHYYYY. Dammit, there's a limit to being cruel. My heart ;A;

Read RAVE.

Mashima LOVES killing characters in most cruel and sadistic fashion possible, making them suffer pointlessly before it happens.

How the fuck can a member defeat a master.

Anti-Climatic chapter. Nothing really happened except the Sabertooth part.

Because it was always obvious that the girl who interrupted Natsu's fight was the true master?

Me and few others already put that theory out there when Genma VS Natsu happened, but people were then "naaah, Genma would have owned natsu".

ST's master is a real dick for killing Lector like that. Honestly I wouldn't mind if he got owned right there by Sting, but I doubt he did.

The guy got shot through the chest with a holy lazer, bleeding from the injury itself and his mouth.

Unless he has massive stamina or great healing, he is down for the count.

this is fairy tail...

Simon says hi from the bottom of the crater that is now the tower of paradise

While entirety of RAVE death count is waving in the distance.

Just because Mashima made it a point to not kill many characters before(considering this is anti-depression therapy for him), it does not mean that he won't.

I still consider Lecter to be warped by Minerva. It would allow her to be on good terms with Sting and it seems to me that she has ulterior motives concerning him and his powers. Genma-dead, Lecter-not dead, these are my bets

Definitely likely. What I'm really curious of is just how powerful she is really. Is she really a threat to fairy tail? She would have to be leagues ahead of the rest of ST to really pose a threat to natsu, erza, laxus etc.

And does it even matter? How do they play into the bigger threat of the Eclipse plan right now ?

That kind of omniscience about everything occuring in their world is not part of the job description.

That we do not know.

Also remember that Igneel was bluntly ORDERING Grandine to not interfere with the humans. That to me is more than enough reason for her to put up the act of Polyushka, the old hag who hates humanity.

A valid point indeed. I can't counter this but still it's not definite as data that because Igneel sais so Grandine has been puting up such an act. Should Polyuska be revealed as the real Grandine the fact that you mentioned could be used to empower the explanation but I can't consider it as a stand-alone valid proof.

Also if the smell thing was the same for both version of a character, how come Natsu never sniffed out the king as Master? It's a falacy to presume two versions of the same character carry the same scent. Even Wendy said Jellal had a slightly diferent scent from the one she knew who in fact was Mystogan. She didn't say Polyushka felt slightly different from Grandine. She said it felt like Grandine.

Wendy was obviously emotionally charged at that momment, details in smell could have easily sliped through, therefore I don't consider the smell as a detrimental factor. Btw I don't really understand that part of King/Master/Natsu, I'm missing something , please elaborate if it is important.

2-Yes that is also certainly possible. But again if the goal of the time travel route is to stop this event from occuring at all, then chances are they too will survive since without the danger there would be no sacrifice. We'll have to wait and see. Maybe the future will change but there will still be sacrifices. It would be a bitter sweet note but it's possible.

Indeed we can only wait, I just said that killing off some secondary would be chalenging for the characters of the main cast and at the same time it wouldn't be particularly hurtful for the story.

So by that logic the master of Sabertooth is way weaker than Natsu. Sting will probably be the new master and become mega-evil or something cliche like that.

The real master is Minerva though. She had the "JUST AS PLANNED" look this chapter.

I wasn't worth the three weeks wait...

But, it was good. One dead, the mysterious girl seems to have only one arm. But I'm really surprised that no one find the dragon's graveyard. It's just under the arena...
