OMG! This was actually a pain to read. The moment I saw this was out my first thought was: "Not again!". Seriously, if it wasn't so close to the end I would have dropped it with a bang. But... surviving that much of suffering due to inconsistent characters and plot, lots of plot holes and constant jumping from one couple to the other suddenly and completely out of blue makes me want to finish it. If Yuuki seriously wants her own harem, she should tell those guys to share! I wouldn't blame her even though I'm Kaname biased. This manga would actually profit from a harem ending. And if harem shounens can have them, why not this? Besides, I wouldn't mind seeing bits of threesome sex. We did see Yuuki/Kaname sex. So why not Kaname/Yuuki/Zero? With more Kaname/Zero than Yuuki of course. :-3

My fujiyoshi-ness aside, at this point, this manga feels like a complete joke to me. It failed to deliver anything and everything it tried due to badly written story, characters and romance. Every big thing that happens is completely erased from existence in 1-2 chapters. If you ask me, this would have been much better off ending pre- first time skip. The story was more or less round, there wasn't much of a solution but it would have worked MUCH better than what we have now. And I don't even go into how cliche and predictable this chapter was. It's just not worth the energy anymore. People should use this manga as an example of why milking is the worst thing one can do to a franchise. And every mangaka and editor should read it as their job. Milking manga would disappear in a week.

I'm getting weird death vibes coming from Zero all of a sudden. I hope he doesn't do something stupid. If this was all a set up for Zero to kill himself... VK is going down as one of the poorest manga ever. I guess it is already at that point though.

It's a trend started by Dicken's A Tale of Two Cities that the guy who doesn't get the girl in the end will end up sacrificing himself for her. It's been my speculation for a while that the most likely to die out of the three main charcaters is Zero, but we'll see how it will turn out.

Yeah, Zero's memory loss seemed pointless, but it could be Hino's plot device to get him to care for Kaname and Yuuki. Not that it was executed that well.

There will be no point if Zero sacrifices himself (for what ??) so that is unlikely .

Kaname's sacrifice makes more sense and with each chapter it is becoming more imminent .

Zero fans should relax as he won't die so easily and more importantly without a reason . I f both the guys die I really can't imagine Yuuki living alone forever in the world (lol) . Who cares about a happy love ending as long as one survives till the end . lol. Life is more precious than love xD

I hope this doesn't end as Zeki. I love Zero (though his sudden attitude towards purebloods and standing beside Kaname seems super forced) but any possible relationship would feel extremely fake. Yuuki has made her choice. I just can't like either Kaname or Yuuki very much.

Should be noted that once again, Zero does what Yuuki really wants and helps her with Isaya whereas Kaname forces something on to her.

While my post did start with that Kaname sufferred a lot and is deserving of happiness, I never said that Zero sufferred less than Kaname nor that he does not deserve a happy ending. My statement on Zero was merely my speculation on who's most likely to die based on my views on the story so far, not my feelings for the characters.

While I prefer Kaname, I never disliked Zero, and I don't remember ever saying anything bad about him during all the years that I've been following the series, even though the attitude of some Zeki fans got on my nerves. As for Yuuki, I'm neutral. She's stupid and inconsiderate, but she's still the thing that's most dear to Kaname and the only one who could save him from his dark fate.

Granted, the manga has been teasing us about Kaname's death, but there's a force that's trying to prevent it (Yuuki), so at this point, I see it very likely that Kaname will end up being saved. And yeah, Zero has every reason to hate Kaname, but I still can't see the manga ending with Zero still being consumed with hatred, so it will be a good character development for him to be over his hatred and help saving Kaname, even if it was only for Yuuki's sake.

All in all, who's the one that I think would most likely die out of the three? Zero. Do I wish it? No. Do I think Zero sufferred less than Kaname? No. Do I think he's less deserving of a happy ending than Kaname? No. It was all my speculation on What Hino had in store for us. If she proved me wrong and Zero ended up pulling through, I wouldn't mind it at all. And who knows, in the last panel of the manga we might see Kaname, Yuuki and Zero in the white uniform attending the night class together.

Seriously, Orulyon, you sound so mad and went on and on about things I didn't even mention and made me sound like a heartless human being with your old man and the child analogy XD

Anyway, we're down to two chapters. I never liked this manga very much after Ichiru's death, but I'll see it through to the end :)

^I shipped Zeki, because since Zero love her I want him to be happy, but I always thought: OMG! Zero forget about her and find someone better than her!

First I was mad when Yuuki take his memories about him, but later...

Hey, isn't this is good?

Now he can kill her without reget and find someone else...

I hope Yuuki and Kaname will die in the end,

or Kaname will die,

Zero will leave her, because of reasons...

and Yuuki will stay alone forever.

I find it it interesting that, once again, zero is made to bend himself for those he really should be hating. Yes, the fact that he probably got back his memories because of yukis tears is quite flattering considering that I believe he truly loves yuki. But at the same time I have a hard time accepting what yuki did, whatever the purpose was and the fact that he chooses to help her (which is what i think he means at the end of the chapter) is like what she has done so far doesn't matter the least. I mean, couldnt he at least confront her or something?? O well, I suppose that's the way it is when you are in love.

Though I dont like kaname, i have to give him credit for his undying feelings and caring for yuki. That scene at the prison was the only time I wasn't spitting curses at him.

Oh, and yuki and kaname really deserve each other, by the way.
