what do you mean by ending! Arneis better be alive by the end of this arc ;_;

Also, I wonder if Canute is close to arrive.

Great chapter, is it just me or are the fight scenes amazingly well drawn?I guess even the mangaka wants to go back to good old fighting.

Btw, we never got the story on how exactly he ended up being sold as a slave.

Yeah... I've been thinking about that myself. I hope it'll eventually be explained later on

I could not care, this doesn't need to become a shounen manga with unnecessary flashbacks.

Glad this disturbance was finally resolved. After two tomes.

3/5

Volume 12

Well, I don't mind what the author is trying to do. I couldn't care less about the larger themes but they were there from the beginning so it's good to see the series is coherent there.

The thing is, getting all those mini intrigues is annoyingly reminiscent of reading a manga's early chapters where the author has no clue of the larger intrigue he will create so he simply wanders around, putting short story after short story to fill his weekly/monthly obligations. After a VERY long 9 volumes prologue, getting more "sub-prologues" will rapidly test my patience (something that should need no prove).

Score: 5/10

Enjoyment: 2/5

Now I see why you're not interested in One Piece
