The son of the so-called strongest man who has ever lived, a skilled warrior himself when we was still a fucking child who began to train at a very young age. You have a genius of a figther here, who used to be powerfull, cocky and wild.

With a main character like this... we learn how to farm. Yay. -__-

I'm an atheist, but you knwo what? I'm going to fucking pray that Thorgin recognizes Torfin before I drop this shit.Lol Vinland in favs rated 9

Aww, what's with all the grumbling? I like this farming arch. The story goes through stages just like someone's life.

Also, Thorfinn is staring to healing a little bit.

Another stupid chapter. I hope the filed gets destroyed or Thorgin recognizes Thorfin

This will probably happen. And I hope we see raid party coming for the farm and Thorfinn stops them along with the mercenaries.

@AfterGlow: When glorious FARMLAND SAGA ends, please post the whole thing as a text file here.

And the legend of the farmer continues.

Will Thorfinn be able to pray despite his lack of belief?

Will they be able to tell what sprouts they sow?

Will the plough horse finally get a name?

Tune in next time for more FARMLAND SAGA!

Lol, these discussion threads are more entertaining than the chapters.

Another great chapter; this time we got an insight into the romantic relations between slaves, the dangers that threaten new crops and how they are countered; through praying. Thorfin looked slightly humiliated as he was forced to pray, but soon found himself caught up in the moment. With 80% of the crops growing and the grand master taking a liking to our heroes, things can only go up.

We are also in for another treat coming up next time: the judicial aspects of farming life, ergo dealing with thieves, despite them being children.

Some moral objections my linger as visible in the masters face, but on a farm such things are a sign of weakness, and may cause doubt among the soldiers.

Truly awesome lessons to be learned, the dynamics of the  story just jumps out from the page and bites you by the throat. I just can't stop reading.

It will never end.

When will we get another farming saga of this caliber? Never, that's when.

Farmland Saga is unique, and it gives the people what they want: a manga about farming, since the industry has been severely lacking  in the farming manga department.

People have yet to realized that the prologue was just a clever rouse to lure them in, get them hooked on action before slapping them across the face with the epicness of farming. Farmland Saga is the real story.
