OK I think there could be one of two problems here, because it really felt like this chapter and last one were supposed to be ONE chapter instead of TWO. Either the author is thinking/planning hard on how to get the story going and he's working on the finer details at this point, OR he's having problems with the monthly mag the manga's being published in...maybe he couldnt get the whole chapter out in one go because of serialization 'limits' so he split it in two. I mean cmon it doent really make any sense...16 pages?
