Zen Zero: The Forgotten Clone and the Truth Beyond the Walls

I don’t remember being born. None of us do. We wake up at twenty, fully grown, with knowledge implanted in our minds, a communicator fused to our wrist, and a role already assigned. We don’t have childhoods. We have purpose. Or so they tell us.

I was a Sparta operative, one of the enforcers of order in this world built from the ashes of war. The hard-fought war between species. A war long forgotten. My job was simple: track down illegal activity, eliminate threats, and keep the system stable. Stability, they said, was everything. But that illusion shattered the day I found him. A Zen Zero Clone. The original prototype.

I understood one thing. Maybe everything we knew was not the truth. Maybe there was something which escaped our understanding……

The ones who lived in the Outer Worlds, where the radiation should have killed them, where the Council said no life could exist. The ones who had real children, not just another iteration of themselves, but something new. Something free.

Now, I’m running. Chased by the very system I once protected. Hunted by the ones who erased my past and shaped my future. I’ve seen the truth, and they know it.
