Despite her efforts, the income she received barely covered her living expenses. One day, she received an unexpected invitation from the Snow Kingdom to paint the esteemed Lord Jasper Gervassius. Nicole gasped, surprised that he knew the name of her tribe. Before she could respond, Jasper cupped her cheek gently and kissed her softly, slowly removing his hands from the wall. Wrapping his arms around her waist, he pulled her close until there was no space between them. As they continued, Nicole grew breathless, pulling back to catch her breath. She looked up to see Jasper smiling warmly at her, his purple eyes filled with affection and love. "Jasper, I have a question," she said, and Jasper hummed in response, waiting for her to continue. "What are we going to do about the council?" Jasper's smile turned sinister as he narrowed his eyes. "Leave that to me, darling."
