"Stand up." Yera hissed, eyes narrowed at Xander.
"It's already up." Xander smirked and leaned against the headboard of the bed.
He lifted an eyebrow and with a grin added, "Perhaps you need.... skin to skin proof?"
Disbelief flashed in Yera's eyes. It was quickly replaced with anger. "You pervert!"
"You took advantage of me," he teased. His eyes slowly trailed down her lips towards her neck and with his hoarse voice said, "Or would you like me to remind you... what you did last night?"

Story: 9/10
The story is mostly episodic and doesn't follow any overarching arc. But I realized it's meant to be laid-back and just go with the flow. It follows Kyousuke Shikijou, who wants to become a police officer like his dad. One day, during a bank robbery, he ends up with a pair of girls' underwear and becomes Hentai Kamen. One part I like are the jokes they incorporate. Even if I don't fully understand them since I'm not familiar with kamen superheroes, I still find them funny. One issue I had is with the ending—it doesn't need to be complex, but an average conclusion would have been nice. Instead, it introduces a new story out of nowhere! Check out the last chapter, and you'll see what I mean. For plot, it does well in allowing us to relax and enjoy the ride.
Art: 7/10
This is a parody, so the art doesn't need to be spectacular. It's consistent and enhances the humor. The artwork also captures the 90s vibe nicely, which adds to its charm. However, there are moments when it can look a bit stale, which detracts slightly. The action scenes are well-drawn for a parody, though. So while the art may occasionally seem dull, it fits the tone of the series.
Characters: 9/10
Every character is extremely stereotypical, but it works. They fit perfectly into the jokes, giving them personality. Fortunately, this doesn't make them bad or overdone. In fact, it feels like the characters themselves are the punchline, which makes for more laughs. The characters are great in this series.
Enjoyment: 10/10
I won't lie—when I first saw this, I thought it was going to be terrible. But once I started reading it, it turned out to be a hilarious and enjoyable series. I recommend this to anyone who likes parodies.
Overall: 9/10 Almost perfect.
Ultimate!! Hentai Kamen is one of those mangas that I genuinely enjoy and feel was worth my time. It's like watching Family Guy but with a more Japanese, sexually themed, superhero twist. Truly remarkable and fucking hilarious.
The catch is, Ultimate!! Hentai Kamen is somewhat episodic and lacks a clear direction. All you really need to know is that the protagonist gains his powers by wearing a pair of panties and has these ridiculously long-named, penis-related finishing moves.
The artwork is decent but nothing extraordinary. It's pretty standard for a typical manga. It's not as bad as the Samurai Champloo manga but also nothing too special. Just average.
On the other hand, the characters are your classic school life archetypes with a few extra quirks that make them unique. For instance, how many mangas feature a mother who owns a boutique and works part-time as an S&M mistress?
The enjoyment factor is at its peak, with strong comedy elements. It will have you laughing so hard you might wet your pants, and perverts (you dirty bastards...) will enjoy it even more. The violence level is minimal, and surprisingly, the sexual explicitness is moderate (shounen readers, rejoice!!!).
In short, Ultimate!! Hentai Kamen is a comedic masterpiece that, despite lacking in story, excels in humor. It's a great read for anyone looking to de-stress and have a good laugh. 9/10. <p>
First off, the story. The idea behind UHK is mostly a (perverted) parody of the Kamen Hero types, so the writer crafted a laid-back story that is entertaining, hilarious, and genuinely fun to read. The one-shot story base for the series still manages to hold up a storyline through the basic techniques of character introductions at the right moment and recycling of villains; There's a loose timeline, but one nonetheless, just like in classics like Ranma 1/2. Stereotypes? Yes! As I said, this is a parody, and these stereotypes get played on, but fortunately, not so much as to make the characters too stale or predictable, and a good few of them can really stick with the reader. Needless to say, Hentai Kamen leaves quite the aftertaste, and is quite a memorable hero. The timing on the puns is perfectly coordinated, and most of the chapters will have you laughing your head off at a regular schedule, especially when Hentai Kamen lands a killing blow (or a pun on his, how to say, weapon of mass justice).
The art is exactly as comedy manga should have it (at least in my opinion), simple designs with a bit of an early 90's feel to them, always clean and clear, and the author has proven several times that he can also make a few good action scenes and draw muscular characters quite well. The art helps keep your attention on the situation, neither so intricate that it overwhelms the situation, nor so simple as to detract from it, and carries a whole simple charm to it. All in all, it's kind of a cross between early Rumiko Takahashi and Akira Toriyama.
Maybe the series should have been longer, maybe it's just the right size, but overall, this is a good series to shut your brain down, relax, and enjoy. Good, plain, fun.
