Fang Lin, a dedicated but unprofitable eighteenth-tier star, was reborn.
He remembered the lessons of his previous life and immediately had a brand new goal in life.
–He didn’t want to work hard anymore.
Seeing all kinds of opportunities slipping away from him, his agent wanted to cry: “Brother, can we fight a little? If this continues, you won’t be able to afford food!”
Fang Lin pondered for a moment, “You have a point.”
His agent was overjoyed.
He added, “It’s time to find a thigh.”
– If he could, it was better to find the kind of cold boss who only gave money and didn’t talk about feelings.
In his last life, a certain overlord who barely crossed his path, brushed past him with a cold expression and said, “Follow me.”
This time, without shame, Fang Lin took the initiative to meet up, and happily signed the owner and salted fish “feeding” agreement.
Each took what they needed, they were both happy.
Both were adults, both were smart and knew how to find a perfect optimal solution from this relationship.
So they didn’t know when, both of them also found out that something was wrong early.

Popular Reviews
Short, sugar (baby/daddy) to lovers novel. The summary is somewhat misleading in both the NU version and the original Chinese version.
MC - Reborn after dying as an unpopular star, the summary suggests he wants to live a laid-back life, but that's not entirely true. He still loves acting and craves recognition for his work, though his enthusiasm has been dampened by the harsh realities of the industry, leading to a mild inferiority complex. Despite his second chance at life, he retains a youthful, almost naive charm.
ML - President archetype, genuinely wanted to support the MC without any ulterior motives, but the MC misinterprets his intentions and forms a physical relationship. He’s a nice guy, but his thoughts remain largely opaque.
Romance - The emotional depth is decent, but the novel's brevity limits its potential. More angst and character interaction would have enhanced the story. The MC tends to see the ML as the catalyst for his new life, which is a central theme. While the romance isn't bad, it feels somewhat underdeveloped, making it a bit hard to fully believe in their connection.

It's fine. I agree with the first two reviews.
I've read the author's other works, and they seem to have a penchant for these types of characters. They also enjoy building tension and mystery, but it often doesn't quite hit the mark.
However, overall, it's pretty good. It's not as mindless or "junk" as other novels in the same genre. The fact that this book avoids the typical arrogant and condescending side characters, and the inevitable loud, dramatic face slaps, is enough to warrant a solid 4 stars.
