One day, an official of the International Federation was assassinated, throwing the organization into chaos.
Days later, the headquarters of a notorious arms dealer exploded, and its leader was found dead. The Federation was in an uproar again.

Amid the growing turmoil, Ellara leaned against the wall, twirling a knife lazily between her fingers. “Can’t they give me something more interesting next time?”

Without missing a beat, Seraphina tossed a file at her. “Sure. Here’s a task for you—babysit.”

Ellara glanced skeptically at the subject of this so-called task: a high school girl standing smugly atop a pile of defeated thugs, her foot pressing down on someone’s head with unapologetic arrogance.

“You sure this one needs me to babysit?” Ellara asked dryly.

Seraphina smirked. “Have fun.”
