*Melody in the Rain* is a heartwarming tale of love, healing, and the transformative power of music. Set in a quaint café in the heart of the city, the story follows Lin Xia, a young woman with a passion for life, and Gu Yan, a talented yet enigmatic pianist haunted by his past.

When Lin Xia first hears Gu Yan play his original composition, *Rainy Night*, she is captivated by the raw emotion in his music. Drawn to his quiet intensity, she becomes his student, hoping to uncover the secrets behind his melancholic melodies. As their lessons progress, Lin Xia discovers that Gu Yan’s music is deeply intertwined with a painful past—one that involves a lost love and a tragedy that left him unable to play for years.

Despite the shadows of his past, Lin Xia’s unwavering kindness and optimism begin to break through Gu Yan’s defenses. Together, they navigate the complexities of love, loss, and redemption, finding solace in each other and in the music that brings them together. But when Gu Yan’s past resurfaces in the form of his ex-lover, their budding relationship is put to the test.

*Melody in the Rain* is a poignant exploration of how love and music can heal even the deepest wounds. It is a story about second chances, the courage to face one’s fears, and the beauty of finding light in the darkest of times.

Really good for what I've read up to. That initial time skip kind of gave me a disconnect but the groove came back after a bit. The development so far has been decent but there could be some improvements. Character design is also a bit basic, but that's better than being terrible! All in all, very good. I recommend!

what an interesting twist. I still don't understand how the female mc couldn't find out properly who was who. author this book has some good potential and the reason I'm giving it a 2 star review is because of the manner you wrote it. most of what was being said was written in present tense instead of past tense if you read it properly. aside from that, this book has a lot of potential

I thought inside my head just to see if my speculation was correct or not to see if this thing could read my thoughts. If I am right then it should be able to easily reply to me.

"Do you really think they'll like it?" I asked Hannah, my bestfriend, while holding my artwork.
