The story mainly revolves around the MC's struggle with their gender transition, despite being 200 chapters in and not fully female yet. This isn't solely the MC's fault; the black cat is responsible for the predicament. Early on, it was established that the cat could turn the MC into a full woman, but it chooses not to, citing discomfort with the in-between state.
