I became the wife of a man with a lover. Well then, I guess I have to protect his c*astity?

“You can sleep on the floor then.”

“What?” His eyes said he didn’t want to.

Well, yeah. The floor was hard. Then it couldn’t be helped.

“I’ll just hold your hand and sleep. You trust me, right?”

But, how come the bed broke on my first night with my husband?

I feel like crying tears of joy because Aristine is just too adorable! Everything is so heartwarming, and I can't help but smile from ear to ear. Apart from a slightly annoying yet overly optimistic antagonist, the people of Irugo are genuinely kind and welcoming. This is truly a treasure for me, and I'd say it ranks among the top romantic novels I've ever read, especially considering my preference for lighter, non-dramatic relationships. The misunderstandings in this story are gentle, endearing, and even humorous. I highly recommend giving it a try; you won't be able to resist falling for Aristine – she's just so lovable! 😊

Actually, I stopped reading this novel not because it's a poor story; my interest shifted towards manwha. Then, suddenly, a new update for a manhwa came out, and boom! There's even an official manga adaptation now! I'm here just to leave my rating and a comment ❤❤❤❤❤.

"It's fantastic, everyone. The misunderstandings are absolutely hilarious, and the female lead's intelligence combined with her innocence is delightful. I adore it. Plus, the male lead is super cute. I'm really enjoying this story thus far."

The rating given is 3, indicating a mixed opinion. Here's a summary of the review:

The story pace is criticized for being slow. The villains are seen as shallow and unrealistic, particularly the supposedly powerful queen. There's a concern about character development, specifically the lack of depth in the villain's motivations and an expectation for a more unique main love interest (ML), who appears somewhat generic.

The supporting characters are enjoyable but lack variety, with some characters blindly supporting the main character due to misunderstandings. The main character's abilities and decision-making are questioned, as she often relies on visions that can be predictable and don't seem to reflect her full potential.

Despite these criticisms, the reviewer acknowledges that the story caters to light readers with its cliché yet heartwarming nature, likening it to a Found Family theme. They personally enjoy the story and recommend it for those seeking an easy read. They also mention the translator, Miss Ruby, who is busy with multiple projects, resulting in irregular updates.

In conclusion, while the review points out areas for improvement, it's a positive recommendation for those looking for a simple and enjoyable story, and the reviewer encourages potential readers to be patient with the update schedule.

The translation by Miss Ruby is exceptional, as always. I am a regular listener and will continue tuning in until the series concludes. However, I must express my concern with the author. Several chapters felt unnecessary, disrupting the flow and lacking significance.

There was a particular spoiler that caught me off guard – almost forgetting about the main character's son. It felt odd and unsettling when his behavior didn't align with a child's, especially given his supposed connection to the emperor's powers. Is it implied that because of this, he's actually transcended but not truly, resulting in his adult-like speech? It's both creepy and frustrating.

Despite these drawbacks, I still enjoyed the overall experience. I believe it wouldn't be fair to rate lower due to occasional slow-paced chapters. Now that the story is complete, I can easily skim through those sections without the anticipation and annoyance of weekly updates featuring an unlikable narrator.

"Such an angel. Thank you for the translation of this novel. I wholeheartedly recommend it to readers. The female lead (FL) is truly unique - unlike others who face hardships, she stands out. I adore her character, and the male lead (ML) is incredibly loving and protective towards her."

The author likely intended to create an impressive, tough protagonist who would leave readers stunned, particularly in the context of intricate royal court intrigue. Reading those passages, I found myself speechless, wondering how anyone could be rendered silent after the MC's words. There are numerous ways for a character to respond to what's said!

The narrative seems more focused on action and plot twists rather than profound character development or sophisticated dialogue. If you approach the story without high expectations based on the summary and title, you might actually enjoy it. However, if you have grand visions from those elements, you might experience some disappointment.

I really appreciate the story, but it leaves me wondering if the translator is exploiting our interest. Why not publish the entire chapter instead of dividing it and releasing it piecemeal on Patreon? This manhwa was initially planned to have 183 main chapters and 21 side stories, but now it's surpassed 200 chapters and is still ongoing, which is quite frustrating. Although I'm grateful for the free content, this approach just doesn't sit well with me. I decided to stop reading after Chapter 240.
