To Be A Virtuous Wife

As always, such a lovely read. I read this novel about once a year or so. For those disliking the Chinese words, just google them, write the word and blurb down and move on. After a bit you wont need to keep checking. This novel was my first historical one, and since reading it I don't ever google the words anymore.

This story is so stead fast and very good at hiding every characters though but thru action and some hints of saying it displayed such very pleasing to the eyes to read. Hell, im starting to say like a chinese..

It’s a great novel, is a light and fast read. 12/10

I got into it because the comment were really portraying it nicely, but after 29 chapters its a drop. They say the chinese thing improves, but it doesn't, the footnotes are gone because they only explain a word ones. And honestly the character development and story was really dry, i didn't see any good moments, and the mc only liked the female lead because she looked great after changing her style and the s*x was great. Honestly a 2/5 atleast till where i read.

This is a good read , it doesn't have a lot of conflicts . It is a pure romance between ml and fl . Don't be put off at the start , after a few page the footnotes will be gone .

What's the reason for not translating the Chinese words?! It's inconvenient having to jump to the end of a chapter each time i come across a new word!!

The Chinese things is bearable if you used to read historical novel. And for me, its a recommended.
