Swayamvar: Virgin Continent

[PROOF OF CONCEPT]

I see basically all of the VR novels treating agility as a way to make the gamers faster than humanly possible. I find this grating as under that VR veneer, our brains are still human. Also very few go into the actual tech, instead, they treat it like a black box.

I\'ve always wondered how VR would first come to us and this fic is about that idea. In this story, the gamers are all human and remain as such. So no stats for the gamers.

Instead, I\'ve tried to extract something a little less lurid out of the pokegirl-harem trope and incorporate it into the game mechanics.
