Reborn in Naruto into an oc clan

Shinsui finds himself reborn into the shinobi world in a declining clan he has never heard of from his previous life. He was reborn way earlier, during the era of Tobirama as the Hokage, before the first shinobi war. Hiruzen was not yet the Hokage. Danzo, the man who scares every reincarnator had yet to gain the power that allowed him to run amok, but Shinsui knew it was a matter of time before they get in power and turn the hidden leaf into a mess. He did not have that much time, and had to make the best decisions to ensure his clan safety. World peace? The will of fire? He did not care about none of that.
