I am planning to start it.
Is it also like RSSG, where these 909 chapters are prologue? and main thing (strongest guild master) will be in alternate ending?

Have to say that the authors understanding of the American healthcare system is completely incorrect. A round trip flight to India would cost more then the treatment. Insurance companies don’t have the right to tell patients where to get treatment. Insurance companies literally have no influence on where or when someone gets treatment. No influence at all.
