    Seperti biasa, ardan hanya berlari di gym, kali ini ardan bisa lari stabil di 135 km/jam dan sprint di 175km/jam, instruktur gym yang sudah melihat ardan beberapa kali, dan hanya melihat ardan berlari saja tanpa latihan otot, bertanya kepada ardan, apakah dirinya menggunakan solution tipe endurance?
