As he exhaled, his breath gently brushed against my freckled skin and flushed cheeks. "I'm not so sure about that..." I asked hesitantly. "Why do you think that?" I couldn't help but inquire, intrigued despite my initial dislike. "It's because we're meant to be together. Our survival depends on each other. You need me for healing, and I rely on you for emotional support. So, are you ready to accept my proposal?" He maintained eye contact, waiting for my response. For a moment, I gazed into his eyes, weighing my options. Then, with a sigh, I conceded, "Alright, I'll accept your offer, Your Majesty..."
Deep down, I despised werewolves, yet when fate led me to the Alpha King, I found myself drawn to him. Despite his intimidating demeanor that made others cower, I foolishly nurtured hope that he might see me differently, maybe even love me as more than just a companion.
