    generally means the Og translator abandoned it and no one else picked it up, as such the translation is "complete" because it won't be translated any further.
    Edit: but in this case, it's the author's fault lmao I forgot the author made a bunch of money and dipped, we might still be getting novels 17/18 but they are currently unreleased.
    both situations pretty common with LN which gets official manga/anime.
