To conquer the heroine, one needs high stats, accurate choices, and player skills in the romantic action RPG called Lovely Sorcerer. A young man who had immersed himself in the game until completing it woke up one day to find himself inside Lovely Sorcerer.
He quickly realized that he had been reincarnated into the game world. However, the character he became, named Hermes von Lunacelia, was nothing more than a nameless noble mob in the main story.
Though slightly shocked, he decided to strive for greatness as Hermes in the world he had longed for, even as a mob.
Little did he know, this place was subtly different from the familiar world he knew…

In the story, around Chapter 25 or so, an event occurs that deviates from the original narrative. Predictably, the MC swiftly handles the situation, adhering to the formula we've come to expect from many generic isekai tales. The translation is solid, and the storytelling receives a modest rating of 3-4 stars. However, the story itself might be rated 2.5 to 2 stars due to its similarity to other clichéd isekai narratives.
For those new to the genre, it might seem appealing, but for those who have read extensively in this type of literature, the book might only be worth a read if there's nothing else available.
He pretends not to crave attention, but one of the game's events he mentions involves scoring higher than potential love interests on exams. To secure the best outcome, he tops everyone else, yet now complains about lost time and unwanted fame. Frankly, I wish I could knock some sense into him.
Frankly, I find the MCs who openly express their desire to save the heroines more genuine. As for the story, I gave it two stars due to the intriguing concept. Unfortunately, the execution falls short. However, there's a fascinating theory I've seen in the summary that hasn't been discussed much: Potential spoiler ahead.
The MC might be the protagonist of a sequel to the game, which was released after his demise, hence his unawareness. This could explain the appearance of characters like Victoria, the Duke's daughter he initially perceived as minor, Seria (I might have the spelling wrong), the bullied girl determined to become strong in swordsmanship, and the adventuress, whose father, an Earl, rivaled the Sword Saint in strength.
These "mob girl" dynamics appear to resemble typical heroine tropes. Just to clarify, this is mere speculation, not confirmed fact. Despite this theory, the MC's behavior eventually became too much for me, so I decided to stop reading.
