Imagine people here, snuggled up with this delightful novel, almost like a cherished treasure. Oh dear, let's address those who are still unsure about whether to read this, whether in machine translation (MTL) or the beautifully translated English chapters.

    If you enjoy:

    1. A heartwarming ML who masterfully employs Oscar-worthy performances to evoke sympathy for the protagonist
    2. A laid-back ML with a clear priority list, where sustenance holds a special place (you might interpret "food" metaphorically too, wink)
    3. Losing yourself in the cuteness of characters, wanting to dote on them like a parent, showering them with love and happiness
    4. A couple bickering playfully, with the ML constantly oblivious to his wife's playful rebukes
    5. Supportive sidekicks that you can't help but adore for both main characters
    6. Both leads as equally passionate gamers
    7. An ML without an icy demeanor - warm and approachable
    8. An easy-to-read novel, perfect for translation

Here's a rephrased passage in English:

"In this dull and repetitive world, you brought color with your mere presence. Some might call the male lead lazy, and I won't argue against that. It's more like he's numbed to the expectations and pain around him, especially from his father, who couldn't see his true self. He prefers to live his life quietly, following his own path, appearing aloof, unemotional, and even a bit petty. Yet, in his own way, he cherishes those close to him, showing affectionate, sensitive, and sometimes annoying sides only for them.

Your arrival wasn't planned, but gradually, he found himself drawn to your every move. Your quirks, intelligence, and vibrant personality filled his days, turning his once monotonous existence into something more meaningful. You knew your limits, stood independently, and your beauty captivated him. Your daily interactions breathed life into their shared days, transforming their relationship from distant acquaintanceship to a genuine bond.

Now, as he realizes the depth of his feelings, the fear arises – what if you were to disappear? Are you a fairy, with your charming self-importance, or an angel sent to experience the simple joys of life? It doesn't matter; he's fallen for you and doesn't want you to go. He'll quietly stand guard by your door each night, hoping for the familiar greeting, the home-cooked meals, and the way you spoil him. So, stay here, with me, in our sanctuary."

I thoroughly enjoy reading from translated novels, especially when it comes to lovable male leads - they're like a breath of fresh air compared to the repetitive types I often encounter. These adorable partners are the perfect cure for me, making the experience delightful and amusing. I wholeheartedly prefer the male lead due to his unique personality and standout charm amidst the numerous MLs I've come across.

The story is light and engaging, with a touch of unexpected twists that keep things interesting. It's perfect for some leisurely reading to pass the time.

    Key highlights include:
    - A lovable and lazy male lead, offering a refreshing change from the usual cold, arrogant, or domineering characters (he's a precious treasure, adorable, and an unapologetic food enthusiast).
    - A fluffy narrative without overly dramatic elements, providing a fun and easy read with a slight surprise element.
    - Food enthusiasts at the forefront, contributing 99.9% of the humor and romance in the story.

Rest assured, you'll be highly satisfied with this read. Highly recommended!

I really enjoy this narrative, particularly the character development of ML, how endearingly clumsy he is when expressing his emotions. The FL is fantastic as well, and I hope she认清并接受她对ML的感情能快一些。另外,我非常喜爱翻译团队,他们创作的梗实在太逗了,让人捧腹大笑!

I thoroughly enjoyed the reading experience. The author assured us there would be no excessive drama, and the narrative primarily revolved around the main couple without delving excessively into supporting characters. The pacing was leisurely and consistent. Additionally, there were plenty of humorous elements. In summary, it's an enjoyable, lighthearted read.

This is a delightful work within the fluffy genre. The male lead (ML) stands out as refreshingly non-cold and unindifferent, departing from the typical overpowered ML stereotype. The female lead (FL), unlike conventional transmigrated protagonists, doesn't manipulate the ML's emotions; instead, she remains rational and level-headed in her actions. She acknowledges the potential of the 'suspension bridge effect' but avoids exploiting it, choosing to express her intentions clearly when interacting with the ML. Her feelings towards him are genuine, resembling a caring and concerned friend rather than romantic affection.

What surprised me was the handling of the slow-burn romance. The FL's honest rejection in Chapter 50, even if brief, was satisfying, emphasizing that she doesn't fall easily for appearances and doesn't mistake admiration for love. She maintains a healthy distance, which adds depth to their relationship.

Though I don't usually seek out conflict-light stories, I believe this novel to be a hidden gem. I genuinely hope that more people will discover and enjoy its charm.

I'm weary of the constant focus on food in ML's stories and the lack of emotional depth. It seems unlikely that ML genuinely desires FL solely for her culinary skills. The supposed romance lacks substance; I fail to see the fluffy moments others claim to find. While their interactions can be amusing, they don't strike me as romantic – for instance, their attempt at planting strawberries through playful pinching! When ML professes love and MC decides to return with him, they avoid addressing the underlying issues and revert to their childish antics. I'll have to drop this series; although the early chapters were decent.

Alright, here's my first book review. The novel is entertaining and lighthearted, with the FL and ML interactions reminiscent of a long-married couple. However, I must express my slight frustration with the FL due to a spoiler: she lacks decisiveness. If she didn't like the ML, why come back after leaving? Is it because she feels sorry for Cheng Jun? Knowing he has feelings for her, she leaves him without providing any closure or explanation. This seems immature. When they decide to give their marriage a chance upon her return, the FL fails to put in genuine effort. She dismisses the ML's attempts, finding him annoying, yet doesn't make an effort to understand or connect with him. Despite enjoying the overall story, the FL's attitude in this particular chapter is off-putting, so I think I'll take a break and resume reading once it concludes.

I understand the author's intention, and initially, I was excited for a heartwarming tale. However, I found that the balance in this book didn't resonate with me. Instead of being endearing, it leaned towards being overly-silly and annoying. To be honest, the wedding night scene felt off, which is unfortunately a common issue in some Chinese novels.

Initially, I found the story engaging, but as I progressed, my enjoyment waned. It would have been much more satisfying if the author had concluded it after the wedding, but alas, it continued unnecessarily. Eventually, my boredom got the best of me, and despite there still being a few chapters left, I decided to call it quits. The fact that the main character (MC) experiences unhappiness during their first intimate encounter significantly hindered my ability to connect emotionally with the romance. Additionally, jokes that once seemed amusing began to feel repetitive, though I suppose the characters' consistency was commendable.
