Story: The synopsis pretty much sums up everything about the plot. I found the storyline to be quite original and enjoyable. After reading the summary here, I immediately wanted to dive in because it sounded intriguing. As it turned out, it was indeed captivating to me.
Art: The art style is definitely different from what I'm used to seeing, but it grew on me. Some aspects occasionally bothered me, like the shoes and such. As with most mangas and similar works, the art improved as the story progressed, and I came to appreciate its unique qualities.
Character: Initially, some characters annoyed me. Take Joonha, for instance. He's a stuck-up pretty boy who knows most girls are after him but doesn't care. He's sexist and seeks the "perfect woman." However, after his gender-switch ordeal, he changes. Cliché? Yes, somewhat. But overall, the characters weren't overly stereotypical, and they each had distinct personalities that kept the story engaging.
Overall: I really enjoyed this story. The plot appealed to me, and although the art took some time to get used to, I thought it was well-executed. It has its humorous moments and its more serious ones, which together create an interesting narrative. This manhwa is now one of my favorites.
The art is truly terrible beyond measure.
The main character, originally a flawless prince, transforms into an enchanting princess, which was an engaging storyline. I get it—authors often aim to keep their audience on edge with suspense. Anticipation is what makes fiction thrilling, and without it, readers might lose interest. However, I can't help but feel the author may have hurried things along a little too much here.
This manhwa isn't your run-of-the-mill romance filled with overused clichés; it has a unique twist. It's almost grounded in reality, presenting the harsh truth that "you can't always end up with the person you desire." Yet, choosing to stay with someone who doesn't reciprocate your feelings, tying yourself to them even when you know they'll love another for the rest of their life—that's just foolish. Relationships like that are bound to crumble eventually. I truly feel sympathy for the MC's best friend. He deserves to know the full extent of the MC's genuine emotions and hidden secrets.
