"Who are you? A dormant werewolf or a human?" His voice cracked as he asked, his eyes silently pleading, anxiously awaiting the answer. Deep down, he already knew. Yet, his stubborn heart refused to accept it. The silence that followed escalated the dull throb in his heart into a burning, glaring pain. The bullet wound he received a year ago hurt less than what he felt at that moment. "Here you go. It’s time to end this forever. Let’s make it fun while it lasts." He handed her a shiny golden revolver. One look and she knew neither could survive a shot between the eyes. There was only one bullet in the gun. Her hands shook as she tried to let go, as though it burned her skin. Kai wouldn’t let her. He wouldn’t have any of it. This was his surrender. His eyes spoke words his lips couldn’t. They were raw with emotions both familiar and foreign to her. Her own silver eyes filled with tears as she tried not to cry. "I choose to die by your hands. You are the only one with the right to take my life. Let’s begin!" He didn’t wait for her to process his words before helping her place the gun between his eyes, which never wavered from hers. Click! Click! Click! "Noooooooo!" She screamed as she dropped the gun. ************************************************************* DISCLAIMER!! Note that the chapters are not edited yet. If you're a fan of music, comedy, and charming band members, you'll absolutely adore Audition.
This first volume starts off at a slower pace; we begin to get acquainted with the band members—Dal Bong, Chul, Mickey, and Rae—through the eyes of a detective and an heiress. It’s a wild goose chase, but it's highly entertaining.

When you reach the second volume, though: :DDDDDDD
Everything clicks into place and starts making perfect sense.
That's when you truly meet the band members and become fully immersed in the manga. The characters are adorable, hilarious, inspiring, complex, and undeniably GENIUS. Each has their own distinct personality that enriches the story beautifully.

    I wholeheartedly recommend Audition 100%!
My one complaint is that the volumes are still being released, so I have to patiently wait for the third one. ):

The progression of the story doesn't feel natural in the slightest. It comes across as disjointed and confusing. While the art style has occasional highlights, it frequently ends up appearing awkward, silly, or even creepy. For instance, take the second page of Volume 1—after killing a fly with a magnifying glass, her expression is absurdly exaggerated. Additionally, there's no clear sense of time in the narrative. I often find myself unsure about how much time has elapsed because one character changes outfits and hairstyles between scenes. The official English release is poorly executed, with numerous spelling and grammar errors in the dialogue. If you're looking for a comedy series about a band, this isn't even remotely a good option.
TL;DR: The character designs are clunky at best, and the story lacks any coherent flow.
