For some weird reason, the author abandons the whole “hint” schtick and turns it into a generic urban cultivation novel a couple hundred chapters in. I wanted to see more of the hints, since that was an interesting mechanic to me and what drew me to the novel in the first place. But instead, the MC essentially became an arrogant cultivator with plot armor of invincibility +5.

So many kinds of cats and yet our protagonist can lead them all!  Full of furballs and meng meng what would I do with that!  Watch our protagonists become an antiprotagonist and is dead set in conquering the world with super cute cats! Just kidding.  Haven't read it yet.  But 🐱 is so cute and funny! 💥 💥 💥 💥 💥 💥 💥

I've only read a few chapters so these are my initial thoughts. The power scaling is quite lame, at low levels, warriors should be able to kill mages, much less high-level fighters to magical beasts. They both use mana so why are the mages so over-glorified, if being a warrior is that weak compared to mages, why would anyone consider being one? The writing style and story so far are good though, I don't find it hard to keep engaged and can imagine the scene being told adequately.
