I won't spoil specifi things in the story. Ugh..... This is a "good" story. I say good like that because, while it is good, IET created a terrible plot device in it. I flat out wanted to drop the novel simply because of that. I didn't but the update pace was slow, or I got preoccupied with other things, so I stopped reading. It's no coincidence that as soon as that shift happened in the story, I up and dropped it. That said, the world, concepts of cultivation etc.  Were actually great, as someone else said it's an IET novel. So naturally expect actually decent, and not simply padding storylines. The other thing, is to remember it's an IET novel, and the bad parts? Yeah, well there is a really bad part in here. It made no sense whatsoever. Yet, he went through with it, and did it. Most readers are probably aware of what I'm talking about.Out of all the novels I have read from him. This is by far the worse. And, yes, it's from one ****** plot device. In the grand scheme of things it's not bad at all. Even his worse, is still better than 90% of whatever is on here.Something to keep in mind, is that despite my misgivings, I plan on giving all my stones every day. Something I will keep reading, despite my misgivings. Just as how I powered through DE, because it was good. That also had one specific plot device, that absolutely made sure it would never be called a masterpiece. Yet, it is easily in the top 5 novels I have read. Yikes this was long.

Want everyone to know, some spoilers are mentioned. This is not a typical fight (or romance) of a three kingdoms setting. Nor does it seem to be a Romeo and Juliet thing. While some characters are developed early on, many are not flushed out until around the 800 mark. The world overview also tends to be over-simplified with vast overreaching vagueness. Some context is lost in translation and editing, along with those "Auto Correct" errors going by unnoticed. As for the thoughts, I feel that this story is only beginning to ramp up. As for specifics, I'll talk about more.First off are characters. As was mentioned, development is just slightly better than trash at the beginning. Some were given personality and others were just introduced with a vague background (Playboy, Wealthy, Common Person... etc). Point is, who was the real "villain" at the start? Clearly it felt like it was only building up the characters for the SIG story arc. Clearly, Kashawen is the overall villain thus far. Felt like she was thrown their and forgotten after the first Tita Star arc. Personal Thoughts are listed on Elite, Good (5* and 4*).Elite: Aina, Wang Zheng, Ye Zisu, Yan Xiaosu, Lin HuiyinGood: Zhang Shan, Runan, Meng Tian, Yue Jing, Snow Li, Ai XiaosluSecond (and Third) are both World Building and Story Development. There is really no way to separate them. Honestly, the loss at IG was actually a thought I had when I got to the selection for Solar System Federation. Seriously. That's not to say that it isn't good, but rather it seems fantastic when compared to other stories. The only downside I see is that there's no distinction between whose story is being told... There should be something to denote that (Author and Editor failure?). Otherwise, it feels like the underdog hero defeating opponents to win the princess' and in marriage... Wait there's one thing that I feel strongly about and that is this story is OBVIOUSLY centered on Wang Zheng's ascension to and reformation of the Rand Empire. If you go in depth, you understand that the nuance of all his breakthroughs are that the Rubik's Cube (and by extension, Bonehead and Charcoal) seem to be an amalgamation of all existing and future technologies and techniques. Within the last 50 chapters, this belief solidified even more so. Even better is the inferences that can be made from the title itself. The story is coming together as a whole which is why Development is higher than the World Building. Ideally, the only issue here is the complete trash excuse of WZ being sent to Tita (and consequently almost dying) just because Aina kissed him after "beating" Atlantis. Somehow though I managed to keep reading past that and wound up 50+ chapters a day.Overall, the translation can be read and could use some better editing. Updates do seem to be regular for now too.I would seriously recommend this to anyone s a must read and tell them to hang on between the IG and Elite Academy X arc. It just lacks a villain until SIG arc. Honest thoughts without much thinking though.

I'm finding this book really hard to get into as the premise of it all is so sht. The whole reason for everything is basically he didn't complete his father's dream so he felt guilty af, resulting in a slump, his mother was disappointed in the mc for not following his father's dream resulting in them distancing themselves. He goes back and decides to complete his father's dream instead and goes from there. It is repeatedly mentioned how bad it was because he didn't follow his father's dream. To me, this is so sht and just rly hard to get into. As the mc did nothing wrong, he just made rly bad business decisions and surrounding himself with the wrong ppl. He followed his dream and now this is made out that it was the wrong thing to do and that he should have just followed his father's dream instead. You shouldn't force your child to do what you want... let him have his own dreams. Now, this whole story is about him completing his father's dream and correcting his mistake of following his own dream instead. This is just such a bad way to build the foundation of your story on and is rly hard for me to immerse myself as I dunno, it's just bad thinking.

A decent read, however, the background is way too lacklustre. A lot of locations/organizations/mundane things are never really explained. The first 20~ish chapters are also very bland which makes it hard to want to continue reading. There are also some minor grammar/spelling mistakes. Not a masterpiece but better than 60% of other novels of a similar genre.
