After two months of drinking those foul tasting potions, her skin color is no longer dark but rather white as snow. Her white skin coupled with her golden eyes and delicate features causes the servants' eyes to light up whenever they see her.

I can't move. the stars have left me now and I'm standing on a hill looking over a beautiful little village. Except I'm not really standing. I'm kind of leaning. There's no weight on my legs but I'm upright and I can look everywhere. It's like having 360 vision all the time. i look out onto the village and breathe in the fresh morning dew.

I like the concept of this book, the way synopsis of this book got me to read this book, the pov of anezka as well as azara's! I'm quite enjoying reading this book :)
