The storyline lacks coherence. Upon calling off the engagement, the protagonist claims poverty as her concern, prompting her to seek employment. However, immediately afterward, she purchases two extravagant villas at prices far exceeding her previous apartment's value. Following the conclusion of her own story arc, she continues to interfere with the narrative of the female lead, leaving the plot directionless. For someone who yearned for freedom under an assumed identity, the main character comes across as irresponsible and unserious. Trust me, it's difficult to find a more illogical protagonist.

This novel, while having a similar level of quality to "Transmigrated into a Mary Sue Novel," lacks the engaging charm and readability. The dialogue is presented in a confusing blend of regular conversation and script format, making it difficult to follow. Grammar and sentence structure are virtually nonexistent, leaving much to be desired even for a basic machine translation. It's hard to distinguish between group chats and spoken exchanges, which greatly hampers comprehension, especially considering the heavy reliance on dialogue.

The logic of the story seems to be tossed aside, and despite potential speculation that it's a parody, the tone is mostly serious when the main character (MC) isn't engaged in slapstick. Even for a light read, the implausible plot twists make it challenging to enjoy. While some may find enjoyment in straightforwardly playing with cliches, the MC's portrayal as a well-rounded, non-power fantasy self-insert is inconsistent, making it unsatisfactory compared to other more enjoyable options.

A spoiler warning: The love story between the MC and the male lead (ML) remains unclear. Despite the MC's physical attributes being highlighted, there's no evidence of her wit or deeper connection, at least up to chapter 101. The ML's love seems to stem solely from her appearance, which feels superficial.

In a shocking turn of events, the system prompts the marriage, and the MC simply asks for the nearest available bachelor, without any romantic pursuit or flirtation. This rushed decision leaves readers shaking their heads (facepalm moment).

If you seek a novel with exceptional prose and a captivating storyline, this might not be your cup of tea. The female lead (FL) is alarmingly overpowered, while the male lead (ML) plays a rather passive role. Supporting characters are unengaging, and the romance feels contrived. The villains lack depth, resembling generic clichés. The FL's character is commendable for standing up to her family, but otherwise, she fits the mold of many overly-privileged female leads found in typical Chinese novels with a supernatural system.

Throughout the narrative, the translation quality might have caused some confusion, draining my mental energy. However, if you're in the mood for a lighthearted read and can overlook a predictable plot, illogical storyline, subpar translation, and forced romance, perhaps consider giving it a go as a mindless escape for a few hours.

This is a typical example of a Mary Sue story that other Mary Sue narratives often critique. The protagonist is highly overpowered, turning every investment into massive profits while simultaneously rebuffing her family, ex-fiance, or original love interest. However, the most bewildering aspect is the inexplicable reason why the male lead (ML) falls for her. Despite being a wealthy CEO and secretly the heir to a major corporation, he claims to be poor to align with her preferences – which seems illogical for a supposedly intelligent character.

The protagonist's actions often defy logic, as though she's restricted by some sort of system or mission, but she consistently goes against these constraints, without facing consequences from the supposed plot device. The presence of the system feels entirely contrived and serves no meaningful purpose in the narrative.

"Frankly, it's quite dull. I can't endure any longer; I quit after Chapter 67. Initially, it seemed intriguing, but it lost its spark. I'm confused about the system – it's unclear how the rewards work after completing missions. Plus, the original female lead (OG FL) doesn't feel genuine – she comes across as too foolish.

The author's approach to the main character's love interest is baffling to me. I don't grasp his motivations for pursuing the FL. In summary, I didn't find the story enjoyable at all. Reaching Chapter 67 was my limit. I'm genuinely impressed by those who managed to finish the novel."

Initially, the story was promising, with an intriguing turn when the protagonist revealed her true nature and parted ways with Chen Jinfeng, particularly during their broken engagement. However, the narrative soon lost its momentum, becoming rather mundane and illogical. The protagonist's excessive showiness and lack of self-restraint seemed unrealistic, as she acted impulsively without considering the consequences. Although she made smart investments, her subordinates were left with no choice but to execute her decisions without question. Constant drama and conflict ensued, leaving little room for genuine romance. I doubt she truly cared for the male lead, as their relationship felt forced. Their marriage seemed to serve solely as a plot device, occurring abruptly without any genuine affection. It was a pity for the male lead, who found himself constantly pulled along, following her whims due to his love for her.

This novel is a riot if approached with a lighthearted attitude; it's not meant for those seeking deep literary meaning. The protagonist, coerced into being a supporting character by a system, turns the tables by veering wildly off-script. The system and everyone else, including the main love interest (ML), get overshadowed as she defies logic. Her actions may seem illogical, but they miraculously work in her favor. It's hilarious to witness how the other characters, stuck in conventional novel tropes, are baffled and alarmed by her antics. It's like watching a five-year-old wreak havoc in a candy store - thrilling, amusing, and impossible to resist.

This book provides light entertainment, perfect for mindless reading. Although it doesn't require much intellectual engagement, as it lacks depth in logic. The main character (MC) is quite amusing, with her independent nature and straightforward intentions, but her actions can be over-the-top and lack practicality. It's unfortunate that there aren't consequences for her choices, which could make for more compelling drama.

The MC's development is minimal, despite being on chapter 56. The male lead (ML) feels somewhat random - his attraction to her is unclear without a proper backstory. He suddenly likes her from the start, which comes across as a bit of a surprise, akin to a Pikachu meme. The ML's attempts to appear ordinary are comical.

Overall, while the story might be enjoyable for a quick, lighthearted read, it lacks substantial character growth and depth.

It can be amusing sometimes, but it doesn't quite make logical sense. It's like the main character has an ethereal glow that doesn't feel entirely authentic.

Note that this narrative utterly defies logic. The protagonist (MC) is exceptionally overpowered, and her actions consistently lead to positive outcomes, increasing her wealth along the way. The original love interests (OG ML and FL) serve solely as foils to enhance the主角的 brilliance, often becoming comedic victims in the story. The male lead, despite being a godlike figure, is portrayed as one-track-minded in matters of love.

In essence, this tale reduces supporting characters to mere punching bags for the protagonist's amusement. It lacks depth, engaging conflict, and well-rounded characters, making it unsuitable for those seeking substance, complex narratives, or satisfying character development. If you're after a story that offers substance, memorable characters, intricate plots, or meaningful character interactions, this might not be the right choice – you might even feel your intelligence questioned while reading.

However, if you're looking for a humorous romp where a Mary Sue-like character triumphs over others through wealth, beauty, and talent, then this might be the entertaining read you seek!

I adore this novel! I appreciate the protagonist's character, Meng Chu, who doesn't care about the original leads unless they pose a threat to her. She's a force to be reckoned with, literally taking control of the situation. After her engagement is dissolved, Meng Chu reinvents herself, buying a villa and gradually revealing her true identity as a renowned singer-songwriter. Then, she surprises everyone by purchasing an entertainment company, discovers hidden treasures in her villa, learns to fly, invests in films, becomes a brand ambassador, and even witnesses a meteor shower. All while navigating drama with the original female lead and dealing with scandalous rumors about her preferences. The romance subplot in the story is leisurely paced, with Meng Chu blissfully unaware that the CEO has fallen for her. I'm just starting to read the translated version and looking forward to it. I'll update this if I encounter more spoilers or if my opinion changes.

I can no longer handle it; the pace is just too brisk. The story jumps quickly from discussing her past life, which remains largely unexplained, to suddenly revealing she becomes a renowned masked singer and songwriter with instant hit songs. In another chapter, she seeks an 'average' individual for a blind date through an introduction, and while she's initially pleased with him, she asks him to wait until her current engagement is over. However, these events feel crammed into one chapter.

The 'average' guy's character is confusing – he claims to be a programmer but seems to have ulterior motives, like a typical wealthy protagonist pretending to be simple. Despite their brief encounter, his transformation seems forced to meet the MC's specific expectations. The main character, who should be strong, falls for this easily, praising him without much development. The fact that the supporting character isn't supposed to marry until she's older doesn't stop her from announcing a 10-15 year waiting period, despite asking him to wait initially. His reaction to this news is bewildered.

With only around 20 chapters read, I'm still trying to grasp how the MC navigates the original character's family dynamics. The premise was intriguing, but the execution feels rushed and inconsistent. I seriously doubt the "slow romance" label; this novel appears to be anything but slow-paced.
